Would get this again

I love the taste and texture, would definitely recommend this product and buy it again. My kids actually tried it too and loved it, would get it as my go to snack.

Amazing

I cannot say enough good things about this product! Tastes like a chocolate bar. Hands down the best protein bar I have ever had, as most aren't very good and I didn't have high expectations for this one. The only thing I would say is that I couldn't really taste the peanut butter.

Power bar chocolate/peanut butter

I was pleasantly surprised when I tried these for the first time just recently. They were absolutely delicious! The chocolate and peanut butter flavour came through nicely. I enjoy how convenient these are when on the go as well- as I am a busy mom! Definitely purchasing again in the future!

Yuk!

I tried two bars. One was the lemon poppy seed and the other the creamy chocolate peanutbutter one. This bar was to say mildly, disgusting. I could imagine it taste like flavored sawdust in my mouth. What a terrible texture and not much of a taste of either chocolate or peanutbutter. Will not be buyin.

Best tasting

This bar tasted so good.the chocolate and peanut butter is so great tasting. the peanut butter taste is definitely present and not over barring. Another great on the way to work bar.

Disappointing Flavour of such a promising PowerBar

I was so excited to receive the opportunity to sample and review this PowerBar. Finally! A PowerBar that isn't super high in sugar and carbohydrates! I was delighted. I mean, come on, Who doesn't love chocolate and peanut butter?
However, the sugar substitute used in creating this lower sugar alternative overpowered the taste of my beloved chocolate and peanut butter.
I hope that they will adjust the amount of sweetener used (or try a different one) so that the peanut -ty goodness can shine through.
While I love the idea, I cannot recommend the flavour of this one bar.

Finally a bar with a great texture!

I live this bar. I have finally found one that doesn't have a dry cardboard texture! This is almost a chocolate bar and the taste is great! Love it. Already bought my first 2 boxes!

Satisfying Meal Replacement

I received PowerBar ProteinPlus Reduced Sugar Creamy Chocolate Peanut Butter for free as part of the Chick Advisor Product Review Club. I really enjoyed the nice balance between chocolate and peanut butter as well as the texture of the bar. It was not gritty like some protein bars are. It was filling and tasted pretty good. I would buy it again for sure. Its a great bar to keep in my purse when Im travelling and unsure when my next meal might be.
