Better than Any Others!

The light lemony flavour and texture makes this PowerBar a winner with me. I ate them while working sorting parcels at the distribution plant for the post office, and they gave me the energy to keep moving and working hard lifting heavy parcels and moving crates weighing over a ton. I bought these again already, and they are now a workday staple! Try them, you will not regret it.

I loved this Powerbar

Lemon Poppy seed is always my go-to for muffins and loafs, so i was excited to try this PowerBar Protein bar and I was very pleased. I thought it tasted great and could not tell it was a reduced sugar product. My son is celiac and he tried a bite and also enjoyed. This was a win in my house.

These bars were absolutely disgusting. I was really disappointed as I was looking forward to trying them. Definitely would not ever buy again. I found them very dry and grainy. The taste wasn't so bad it was mostly the texture that turned me off. Do not recomend!

Lemon poppyseed protein bar!

This bar was very tasty. Tasted pretty similar to lemon poppy seed bread! It is advertised less sugar but if you read the nutritional information there is a ton of sugar alcohol which is still sugar.. don't be fooled! It was delicious though, for a sweet desert treat, not a nutritional supplement!

Got this free to try from chickadvisor! I enjoyed the lemony flavor and didn't find it to be too sweet. I also appreciated that it was a lot sugar bar. The protein content was great as well.

Didn't meet expectations :(

I was really excited to try the Lemon Poppy Seed PowerBar ProteinPlus Reduced Sugar, as lemon poppy seed's one of my favourite flavoured desserts. I was extremely disappointed, the texture wasn't good, somewhat pasty, also I found it very sweet, especially where it's a reduced sugar product. I won't be buying this product.

I found between chocolate and lemon poppy, definitely chocolate was MUCH better.

The lemon poppy seed flavor was a bit too chalky taste was the description, as I find I am not the only one on this site with same review...

I found it lacked the authentic lemon poppy seed flavor I can taste in other products or cakes that I have consumed before.

I did like nutrional value, in terms of low sugar and high protein.

However, you still have to like a product to consume, so in my review I will pass and am glad I trid this flavor free before purchasing to actually consume.

smooth texture. and gentle on the stomach/easy to digest. lemon flavour was a bit much but otherwise not a bad bar. reasonable price at the store. and good for a snack on the go

not for me

i did not care for theses at all dense chalky strange taste i would never buy theses or recommend them to anyone with taste buds maybe in an emergency

Not a favourite.

Perhaps I am just not a fan of lemon flavouring in general but I found this flavour to be very chalky and not very great. The nutritional value is great.
