Not my favorite flavor

I tried both the vanilla and the chocolate flavor and the vanilla one was my least favorite. I used it instead of whey powder and milk in my smoothies with strawberries and that made it ok.

Have some get up and go!

I received the Premier Protein Shakes from Chick Advisor to try. I have always been skeptical of claims made by many products, but was pleasantly surprised that the shake truly did give me an energy boost. The light flavour and texture did not make me overfull, and the second half of my physically demanding shift at work seemed easier, I even had some energy left once I got home!

Easy solution on the go

Smooth and sweet, this protein shake is a great addition to your meal or a perfect post-gym drink.
Being a vegetarian, I love having an easy solution to get a lot of protein.

Vanilla delight

I tried the vanilla through chick advisor I got it for free so I'm happy that I got to try it before I bought it it's good vanilla is not always my favorite though so maybe that's why I didn't love it as much as I was hoping. It tastes good and I think normal people would really appreciate it its just not my cup of tea...or shake.

Quick and easy

I received the PREMIER PROTEIN VANILLA SHAKE for free as part of the Chick Advisor Product Review Club.
I'm not much of a protein shake drinker myself, but if you're looking for a smooth, not too rich, balanced pick me up after a work out or a quick and easy snack between meals then give this a try! I've also heard this works great as a coffee creamer, unfortunately I don't drink coffee but it would be an interesting way to add a nutritional boost to your morning cup'a'joe!

I would definitely buy this product

The flavor was delicious I enjoyed it quite a lot it tasted great. I would recommend this product so definitely give it a try. The packaging makes it great for someone on the go.

Yummy va va vanilla shake!

I got to try the Premier Protein Vanilla Shake as part of the Product Review Club #gotitfree. I liked the vanilla flavour. The more neutral flavour was good to mix into smoothies. I used it to make a pumpkin pie breakfast smoothie. I like the tetra packs which I can bring on the go if I need a quick breakfast or post gym pick me up. I like that these shakes are low calorie and low sugar and have lots of protein. The only thing I didn't love is the artificial sweetener. I would recommend these to my friends and family!

Protein made easy on the go

I really loved the texture, flavour and convenience of this product. It was great on the go in the car pre-chilled of course. I love the portability of the Premier Protein, the screw on cap allows you to pack it even if you grabbed a sip and then stored the rest for later. It paired well in my smoothie with fruit and ice and gave it a nice vanilla finish. The only drawback I could find was a bit of an aftertaste that seems to be common with Protein products.

Why the drinking box type style?

I was able to try the Premier protein Vanilla Shake for Free thanks to Chickadvisor and Premier Protein!
I am not a huge fan of vanilla flavoured protein shakes (not my first flavour of choice), whoever this one didn't taste bad, it was smooth in texture, but I don't love feeling like I need to add something to give it a more preferred flavour. I guess for me I want my vanilla to taste like cake!
I do appreciate that their are 24 vitamins and minerals in the shake yet doesn't taste like it has that in it.
However the issues I had with this shake was the packaging.
Because this shake was vanilla I thought I would freeze it, because frozen shakes are even better that cold ones. But these containers are paper (yes good for recycling so this is why I am on the fence about it) so when you freeze a paper style drinking box the box starts to deteriorate as it thaws. Now it certainly freezes well and was tasty when I was able to thaw it enough to get it out of a straw, but by the end the container was leaking from the container "sweating" as well as the shake coming out because he container was getting holes in the seams.
I did find this with the chocolate ones as well. So it's the packaging not the flavour that has this issue.
If I were to try these again as frozen I would probably pour it into a shaker cup a head of time and then freeze it. That way I don't look and sound like a 10 year old trying to drink out of a frozen drinking box in school while it perspires all over my desk and papers! (I do wish I took a picture of this) Lesson learned.

J'ai bien aimé le goût, et la texture!!! Pas d'arrière goût de poudre ou craie comme certains shake... Je le préfère froid, très froid!!! C'est mon deuxième choix, car je suis plus chocolat que vanille, mais c'est une question de goût personnel!!! Il est tout de même très bien!!!
