Taste is good but dry

I really craved sweet things when I was pregnant and I asked my sister to make me a cookie butter sandwich (first time trying) she added a bunch of the cookie butter as per my request and it was really dry in the mouth. Flavour is good but I wish the texture was a bit better

Very good product. I still prefer the original Biscoff. But this will definitely do, in a pinch. It’s a good product for the price and very versatile too

Cookie Butter is SO good!

I had heard about this product from some online baking sites, but had never seen it in Canada. Was excited it was listed on the PC Insider's report so had to try it. OMG it is fantastic! You can use it on toast, in baking or in your coffee. Looks like peanut butter but brings me back to my childhood with the taste of Speckuloos cookies. I am telling everyone about it!

Better Than Name Brand

I didn't have high expectations for this cookie butter as I had tried the brand name and found it too bland for my liking. I found the same to be true of the cookies, so this shouldn't have come as a surprise. When I saw this at Loblaws for $4, I decided to give cookie butter one last try, and I'm so glad. This butter is creamy, rich, and delicious. It is sweet with the perfect amount of spices. It tastes like a play between crushed up gingerbread cookies and crushed up graham crackers. I really got the caramelized taste, which I'm a big fan of. I plan to keep buying this and will never go back to name brand again.

A nearly perfect imitation!

Being Belgian, I grew up eating speculoos spread and cookies for breakfast and dessert. However, it hasn't really been in Canada until recently. This President's Choice version of the spread is almost the same as the stuff I grew up eating in Europe! Although it can be a bit sweet, the gingerbread flavour is incredible!

I've seen so many youtubers talk about "cookie butter" but I have never seen it in any of the stores in my area until a few days ago I went into shoppers. When I saw it I just had to try it! I wasn't sure what to expect but it was really good. It kind of tastes like graham cracker cookies crushed up. I would absolutely recommend:)

prefer the brand name peanut butter this was not what i expected, gross after taste

This stuff is quite yummy. I first bought it in the US at Trader Joes. Then was excited that Extra Foods carried their own brand! Product is made in Holland from crushed cookies.
I usually eat this from a spoon . But it is good with cut up apples as well. You can use in instead of peanut butter for a sandwich. Many things to use this with!

I recently went to Real Canadian Superstore to do my weekly shopping and there was a sample counter for Cookie Butter. I have never tried it but my daughter was in the cart and was wanting it as a snack. The woman put some on a waffle and handed it to my daughter. As we started going to pay I took one tiny bite before giving it to my daughter and immediately turned my cart around and purchased two of them. I have since been back to purchase more. I absolutely love this product. You can find it in the section near jam or peanut butter. I put it on waffles, toast or bagels. However you like.
