Tried the President's Choice Gluten Free Yellow Loaf Mix last night - had a real craving for lemon loaf for some reason! This Gluten Free Mix is priced significantly higher than regular cake mixes - but is about in line with other brands such as Duncan Hines. Cooked with a really nice texture and tastes amazing - nice and moist. I have found some Gluten Free Mixes to be dry in texture - not this one! I drizzled it with lemon glaze and it's a perfect light dessert when you have a craving. 150 cals per slice - so not bad. I will be buying this mix again!
