Love these sauces

I ran across these at my local Fortinos, and initially bought the "Memories of Korea" and "Memories of Kobe" and I've been buying these sauces since. Memories of Hong Kong is one of my favorites! It makes not only for a wonderful dipping sauce, but it makes for a great marinade for your meats, too. I made a killer udon stir fry with this!

Nice and quick asian style dipping sauce

This is salty but just enough. It is not spicy at all and has a little bit if a sesame/fish flavour. Its good cold with dunplings, potstickers and even freshly rolled springrolls.
