I had watched the movie first and then read the book (usually don't do this in that order). I prefered the book so much more. I was really able to get into the story and empathize with the characters. A very easy read.

Such a beautiful and touching story. I enjoyed the descriptive style that had me feeling like I was part of the story. The power of love can move mountains and it was comforting to see such joy bloom from such tragedy.

I really enjoyed this book better then the movie! that is usually the case

Just finished reading this book. The book was actually quite different then the movie I was surprised to find. It's actually set in Ireland, and Holly and her friends are Irish. There is so much more to the book. More detail, more events, etc.. As it is with all books vs movies I find. I borrowed it from the library so at $0 you can't beat the price. It made for a nice summer read out on the deck.
