I would not buy this product...

My husband & I had this as a part of our dinner last night. At first glance, we both did not like the look of the finished product. It was just lumpy and pale in color. I didn't think that I would enjoy the flavor of this however as I kept eating it, I didn't mind it at all. My husband did not like the taste and we both did not enjoy the texture. A simple yet tasty Jasmine rice is much preferred as it costs pennies compared to this one package at $5.00. Perhaps if the cost was cut in half, I would considered trying another flavor occasionally. Thank you for the sample!

Not great

I buy these types of packages very often as my family loves them and I find them to be very practical and perfect for a quick side, to bulk up a salad, or even for a lunch-in-a rush. I love discovering new varieties so I was really excited to try a new flavor and a a type that had different grains as well as rice, and that has straightforward ingredients. 90 second in the microwave is perfect when you are in a crunch!

However, this one isn't for me it's not very appealing to look at, which I can get past, but the flavor is odd. the lemon and dill are not balanced well and it's missing some spice or something textured to pull this combination off. It's honestly just not great. We finished it because we don't waste, and it not horrible but unless you have the perfect salad to mix it in, I wouldn't repurchase.

Great ingredient list but wasn’t loving the flavour

I liked how this product had a portion size that was able to feed multiple people and even have left overs. It is also really easy and fast to make. Wasn’t a big fan of the lemon dill flavour. It smelled nice but didn’t translate to the taste. The ingredients were great especially for having someone with a low sugar diet in the family. Was also high in fibre and plant based which was great. The texture when eating it wasn’t overly dry but a little grainy.

This product has an okay taste and my kids really loved it. They really enjoyed it and can't wait for us to try different kinds. Thank you for letting us try this product.

Quick & Easy

This product was quick and easy to make. I brought it to work to have for lunch. It was enough to be my whole lunch. Taste was alright. Just a hint of dill. Texture was good. If used as a side dish, would probably only be enough for two people. I would like to try the other flavours.

Meh

It is an okay product for lunch. As a dinner side, it is alright, but you would need more than one package for a 3 person family.. The taste is as expected for this type of product.
