Okay if you can actually see the different groove then any other blender I have ever used ( I have 2 other ones) and this one tops them all.
Your face has different curves angels and needs a unique tool that is going to do exactly what we need and easily.
Having different sides to work with makes it a lot easier around my eyes nose, hell just everywhere with my non symetric face lol.
You can't really tell, I guess I didn't do the size shot very well but it does expand quite a bit, but fits nicely still in your hand and easy to work with.

I give this a 10/10 to be honest, for $9.99 it is well worth every penny, it's incredibly soft, doesn't absorb all your product, fits every angel on your face and blends everything nicely.
The ONLY thing if you really wanna pick at it would be I personally can never get these suckers back to their original colours after I have used them enough but I really could care a less about that.

If you are looking for a good quality beauty blender, I highly recommend this one, doesn't break the bank and I love how soft it is.

Absolutely no cons! This is well worth every penny!

This product is definitely comparable to the beauty blender. It makes your foundation look natural and perfectly blends. The best way to describe it would be to list the pros and cons.

    Pros:
    - Expands pretty big when wet (hehe)
    - Really soft
    - Affordable (which means it's easy to replace after awhile)
    - Stays wet even once you finish your foundation and are on undereye concealer (my beauty blender doesn't stay wet enough to blend my concealer)

    Cons:
    - I have yet to find one in store, had to order it on Amazon
    - Will sheer out foundation
    - For sanitary reasons it should be replaced once a year or even six months if you use it daily

In my opinion, using a sponge to apply make-up, especially liquid foundation, is usually a hit or a miss. It’s an application method that you either love, or simply hate. Prior to using the Real Techniques Miracle Complexion Sponge, I was one of the individuals that hated to use a sponge to apply liquid foundation. But, I used it to apply my liquid foundation for a whole week, and I can definitely say that my opinion has changed!

The reason I initially strayed away from using a sponge was because a lot of the product would be absorbed, and essentially go to waste. BUT, if you dampen the sponge before you apply your foundation, it actually saves a ton of product! Besides, the pixel perfect look I achieved from using the Miracle Complexion Sponge made the switch completely worthwhile.

Love this sponge more than the original beauty blender itself, I have purchased my first real techniques sponge in Toronto( a 5-6 hr drive from where I am from), trying it for the first time I was inlove, it is soo bouncy , it gets into all the small creases etc, it literally makes your makeup flawless. I find that this sponge is more soft and bouncy than the original beauty blender. I love how there is 2 different sides of different shapes , one for under eyes, and one for between the nose etc. It is very easy to use, price is definitely affordable unlike the original beauty blender. Definitely recommend. Bought one for my mom and she loves it also. Easy to clean and use. A++

I Had the beauty Blender and loved it, however my cat did too and ate it... well tore it apart!... Jerk...
I had tried many other Beauty Sponges and was very disappointed until I found the Real Techniques one.

It's probably the closest dupe to the original beauty blender. not quite as dense but just as effective.
Always use it moist. Just like the beauty blender soak it a few time squeezing out the water till you get it all saturated then wring it out and I like to squeeze mine in paper towel after to get the excess water out.

    Selling point:

    - ITS $7!
    - It works just as good as the beauty blender
    - has a better shape
-takes off excess makeup not ALL of it like other dupes can.

It can be hard to find but its well worth it when you do!

I was never really into using sponges with applying or fixing my makeup. one time, i went to ulta to buy my favorite real techniques brush, expert face brush, i couldnt help but pick this sponge as well. I love how its muli-functional and it blends makeup beautifully. a new favorite from real techniques.

I use this sponge every day to apply my foundation! I really like this! I like how the sponge has a flat side that works well for getting a clean, close line underneath my eyes.. and I like using the pointed tip for blending in concealer on blemishes.
I've never tried the original Beauty Blender so I can't compare it to that.. but for the price of this sponge by RT(around $6), I think it does a really great job!

What I will say is that I am a lot faster when it comes to foundation application. I found the flat edge to be quite helpful around my eyes and cheeks and combined with the rounded sides, I’ve pretty much set an Olympic record! What I did notice between this sponge and the famous “pink other” is that this sponge is more dense and isn’t quite as bouncy in feel. This was also evident when I washed the RT sponge and it took some extra time and squeezes to rinse out the foundation. For half the price of the “pink other”, I’d say go for this one. I tend to still use both types of sponges depending on my mood, but I do keep both at the ready depending on how much time I have.
