I was very disappointed with my experience. The overnight oats are disgusting, frozen banana does not set well overnight oh, the smoothies just weren't very good. I'm not a fan, it was a waste of money.

Just like many folks during this COVID time I've been trying out the various food boxes you can get. Up until now it's all gone great, until Revive. First problem was I never got a tracking number, and yes I checked my spam. After being a day late I sent them an email and message on fb. They didn't respond to my initial email or message. I sent another email letting them know if they didn't respond I'd be filing a report with my credit card and BBB. Low and behold they responded to that. They said it would arrive later that day. Not feeling overly confident in them I asked for the shipping company name and tracking info, which they then supplied me with. Dude showed up at 5:08. Not their fault, but their communication left a lot to be desired. The smoothies themselves were close to not being frozen, probably in another 1/2 a day they wouldn't have been good. The smoothies themselves so far have been pretty decent. There is lots of interesting ingredients, but it's certainly not worth the full price. After my unpleasant experience I was frustrated to see that they do not have a phone number to contact. I then checked online for reviews and found that folks are not that happy with them on BBB and here. I checked back and while there are some complaints on their social media, I noticed they had deleted mine. My guess is that is part of how they keep getting new customers. Honestly I thought the product was okay but I was left feeling like this is a pretty untrustworthy company.

All The Cups Are Half Empty & Missing Key Ingredients

I wouldn't go out of my way to write a review if I didn't deem it absolutely necessary. The first thing I noticed after receiving my Revive Superfoods cups is that there is about a quarter of cup ingredients in each I've opened. Which is complete BS because the serving size on the side says 1 cup and that's far from the truth. Then I noticed that the key - more expensive - ingredients in the super meal cups are barely there or missing! The flavors are mediocre and if you actually want to get a full portion you have to use 2-3 cups for a meal. The smoothies make a good portion for me but still compared to other companies I have tried REVIVE is a joke.

Buyer beware

Like other reviewers have said, theh charge your account again despite canceling the subscription. Do not buy. The smoothies arent even good. Customer service is an absolute joke and has no intention of helping. I will have to charge back my card in order to get my money back.

Very illusive company, tried to cancel unsuccessfully. Received an email from them but before I could not read it they deleted it. Called credit card co. and made sure they cannot charge anything again.

Wish I had read here before ordering

Got 55% off our first order. It was still $30 but I thought we’d try it. The items arrived a week later. We tried them 2 mornings after. Huge chunks of fruit that nearly destroyed my blender and even stretched my food processor to its limits. I wasn’t impressed. My teen thought they were ok. I went ahead and “paused” the account (couldn’t find the “cancel” section) even though we weren’t schedule to have more for another month. Low and behold, I get an email saying “thanks for your second order”. I checked my credit card and they had billed my card the day after we received our first order. I have no idea what is coming or when. Contacting them was a joke. I finally cancelled everything (after a long search to find out how) but now every piece of subscription information has disappeared (including my cc info) It shows I paid for a second order but nothing says when it is coming. Customer service repeats the same line “sorry but...” IF these things show up, I’m stuck with 15 unpleasant stupid “smoothies” at nearly $100. BUYER BEWARE!

I don’t understand all the negative reviews on this website. I have never had any complaints and never been disappointed with the product. The service, delivery and product are all excellent :) This totally changed my life! Now, I’m usually not one to leave reviews unless if someone mistreats me, so I try to leave them bad reviews to get back at them. But seeing all the negative reviews, I just had to let others know that this company doesn’t deserve any of the negativity it received on this thread/webpage. Please don’t get influenced by bad reviews unless you try it out yourself. I recommended this to all my friends and family because I honestly had. This product is really good if you are someone like me, who likes the base of their smoothie prepared for them :) I’m personally very lazy myself so this is perfect for me.

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. THEY WILL TAKE LOTS OF PAYMENTS ON YOUR CREDIT CARD AND YOU ARE UNABLE TO CANCEL IT! WE HAVE TO CALL CREDIT CARD COMPANY FOR FILLING A FRAUD COMPLAINT... BUYER BEWARE! THEY HIDE THEIR REVIEW FOR A REASON!

This is a really solid item

This product is truly great in my eyes... we ordered it with the 65% percent off promo and for that price it’s a steal of a deal. You can sit here all day and say “oh the cups are half full” blah blah blah but if they filled it all the way to the top and then you add milk you’d have to blend it for 20 minutes then. I find they taste better then most sugar filled item like the smoothies you can get from McDonald’s or anywhere else I find they are quite efficient in giving the health benefits they say they do.
