The only downside is I find it has a very strong, unpleasant odour. Once I have polish on I can still smell it but after a day or 2 it dissipates.

my go to base coat. nobody need 15 dollar basecoat when you take it off every week. this one works well and last really long on the nail, my nail polish can go up to 2 weeks

This is a great base coat, goes on really nicely and dries in just a few minutes. It works amazing also. Your nailpolish goes on great overtop of it, and makes your polish last for much longer.
