I got this mascara at my local walmart on clearance for only $5!!! Best $5 I've ever spent on mascara. Gives my eyes a full wide eyed look. Love it! Went back and bought 3 more :)

I typically use all Rimmel make-up, and this mascara is great. The product only requires one coat to see a noticeable difference in the length and volume of my lashes. It typically lasts all day and doesn't smudge. It also doesn't flake like so many other drugstore brand mascaras. Love this product!

I bought this wanting bigger lashes it gave me bigger lashes but it didn't last I live in newfoundland Canada OK sure this isn't NYC and weather here is crap and especially in winter we always got snow but I feel I should be able to walk from house to car without my mascara running which is exactly what this did

It made my lashes clump! It did not go on evenly. It was not the desired effect. My lashes felt heavy and it was very difficult to apply to bottom lashes.

Because the product is not available in my country, I hit the trusty world-wide-web and ordered it online, and I do believe I'll be ordering another soon.

1-2-3 Looks comes in one plump tube, and offers you the choice of volume as you turn the dial: 1 for three times the volume, 2 for five times the volume, and 3 for ten times the volume. If you take out the wand after each level, you can physically see the amount of mascara on the brush differs with each setting.

The brush is small, which is perfect for capturing all the lashes, and I was happy to see that it did not smudge (I dislike "wet" formulas that smear during application). There was no flaking, and pleasantly enough, no clumping, which might be expected with so much volume.

Overall, this type of mascara is really perfect for transforming one's eyes from daylight cutie to nighttime vamp. I see this as really being the "working girl's" mascara because it allows for easy transformation of the lashes.
