The best eyeliner I have ever used...

I first tried Rimmel Scandal'Eyes on a whim as I couldn't find my current eyeliner to purchase. It has quickly become my favourite eyeliner to use. The pigment is dark and bold, however the liner is extremely soft and smooth to apply. It doesn't irritate my eyes at all and it has minimal smudging as the day goes on. I have tried many brands of eyeliners and I find Rimmel has made this one almost like a gel that is so easy to apply and has staying power to last the whole day. Now my go-to eyeliner!

Great Drugstore option

This is a good waterproof & sweat proof eyeliner ..it claims to last 24 hours, but of course most of us don’t wear makeup for that long. It does last all day though, and doesn’t smudge at all. I highly recommend it, purchased mine at Rexall.

Great Liner

I am not a huge eyeliner fan to be honest. I usually find it smears and runs into any fine lines & creases but this micro line holds up very well without smudging and budging and is very easy to apply with the fine point.

Works Great

I am on my second tube of this eye liner. I find it incredibly black and you must have a steady hand because the tiniest mistake shows. It also comes off with eye makeup remover with ease.
I actually love the small precision pointed end, it makes it easier for me to paint on a winged eye look. I also found the first tube lasted me quite a while, probably a couple of months or a bit more and that is with wearing it almost daily.

Worst eyeliner ever

I bought this along with a few other eyeliners to try because I am a cosplayer I use eyeliner a lot for photoshoots to make my eyes stand out. Im particular this eyeliner from the get go hardly goes on it’s more of a dull black then anything and looks like a dried out marker when applied. This is a terrible product and I will not buy it again

Worth every penny!!!!

It`s my favorite product for now. It`s easy to apply and you can create different perfect lines from thin to thick. It lasts till the end of the day, like the whole day. not sure about up to 24 hours. The prize is affordable and worth every penny. Doesn`t comes off or peels. Stays on my eyes in a perfect condition.

J'ai essayé plusieurs eyeliner avant de trouver le miens, et ce n'est pas celui-ci. Le pinceau n'est pas assez flexible pour faire une belle ligne mince. De plus, la version waterproof est très dur à enlever sans se frotter les yeux indéfiniment. J'ai été déçu de cet essaie.

I bought this one because I run out of my eyeliner and needed one quickly. The tip is made out of felt so it's very precise opposite to the brush ones. But the color was not black more like a grey color, I even checked the package to see if I grab a grey instead of a black but no, it was the "black" color. It also claims to be water proof wich it isn't, it disappeared after an hour of wearing it! Such a waste of money!

best eyeliner! lasts all day with no smudging.

I love using this in my water line when I don't want a stark white. It's very, very smooth and doesn't drag at all, which is super nice for such a sensitive area. It doesn't last that long but because of the area, I didn't expect it to. I don't mind a few touch ups here and there anyway. I carry this in my purse, and just give it a quick swipe across my eyes to get rid of any red.
