Great natural deodorant

I received Schmidt’s Rose and Black Pepper natural deodorant from Chick Advisor to try. It goes on very smoothly because of the hemp seed oil. It has a nice floral, rose scent but it is not overpowering. I cannot really smell the black pepper. I like that it is aluminum free and cruelty free.

Smells interesting

Has an interesting scent that I wouldn't be able to come up with on my own, but definitely resembling a home-made concoction. Super natural as the main scent is are ingredients you can find in your backyard and household!

Great product! Not sticky!

This scent is much better than the other I received. I like the product, it does its job, smells nice and light and isnt sticky.

Awesome for Sensitive Skin!

I received this product free from chick advisor and schimdt's for a review. I have been absolutely converted to Schimdt's deodorants. I've tried their regular formulas before and has a little bit of an issue with baking soda. I am so happy they released a BS-free version for senisitive skin! This formula is a little bit more gel-like compared to the regular version and feels a little bit sticky as it goes on, but is quickly forgotten and forgiven as it compensates for not having baking soda. I attributed it to having extra coconut oil or something, but I could see myself maybe using it faster than other brands because it feels like you use more product with each application.

The rose and black pepper scent is nice but a little strong. I wish it was a bit softer or maybe came in the lavendar or rose/vanilla scent instead as this was a bit spicy and the rose is pretty powerful. I will continue to use this version because I love the effectiveness, but don't absolutely love the scent.

In terms of effectiveness, I thought it held up pretty well on a hot day. It lasted through walks outside and some moving and heavy lifiting. I got fairly hot and sweaty and this held up pretty well! I did notice I felt a bit wet under my arms but when I did a scent-check, the rosy scent held up. I did not notice any odour until the next morning before my shower, so it might not hold up for over 24 hours but It does work for about 16 for sure.

Overall I will definitely be buying this product and brand again. I really hope they bring out more sensitive-skin scents as this wasn't my favourite scent and would love to be able to have another option (lavendar or citrus would be awesome!) and would love to see a unisex or male scent without the baking soda as well! If you're looking for an antiperspirant alternative, Schimdt's is absolutely my favourite out there because IT WORKS!

L’odeur est parfaite, ça fait changement des autres désodorisants dont on est habitué. La texture est super et agréable. Ce produit est très efficace! Je le recommande.

Good natural deodorant

This deodorant has a very pleasant smell and works great all day. I've been looking for a good natural deodorant and this one does the job very well! Works great on sensitive skins too, I definitely recommend it #gotitfree

Strongly Scented

This deodorant goes on really nice and is gentle on sensitive skin but unfortunately I found the rose scent too strong for me but if you like rose scented things then you will definitely like the deodorant.

Pas pour moi

Je n'ai pas aimer la texture elle est collante et laisse des marques sur les vêtements.

Le parfum de ce désodorisant ne m'allais pas non plus.

Smells fresh all day

I have tried my fair share of natural deodorants in the past few years, most cannot make it thru the day and I end up smelling less than fresh.
I recently got the opportunity to try out Schmidt rose and black pepper deodorant and no better time then the first week of school. Schools in September are less and ideal in temperature and for the first time ever I smelled fresh at 4pm. Schmidt does not leave the crazy white residue or leave your feeling sticky which is nice. Great deodorant but I preferred the other scents

This natural deodorant works very well and it’s a wonderful brand. It keeps me smelling fresh.
The scent is strong of rose, but a fresh and natural rose scent (not like a fake smelling perfume) with a slight spiciness that comes from the pepper. It’s a very feminine scent, which is nice, but not what I usually wear. I prefer a less floral scent so I preferred the charcoal & magnesium. But you can’t go wrong with one of the scents from Schmidt’s!
