Best Natural Deodorant!

I was selected to try the SCHMIDTS SAGE VETIVER NATURAL DEODORANT for free from ChickAdvisor in exchange for my honest opinion after a two week trial, and I was impressed! I have been longing to make the switch to natural deodorants for awhile now, but everything I had tried in the past wasn't effective for me so I was intrigued by the Schmidt's line!

I was originally excited about the earthy sage scent, but found it to be VERY overwhelming when I sniffed it in the applicator. Oddly enough, you don't smell it as much when applied which was a pleasant and welcome surprise for me! It is also more of a sticky and thick deodorant when applying but it doesn't feel sticky or heavy and it applies very easily and evenly under the arms. I love that it is formulated with Hemp Seed Oil and won't dry out your pits and I love that it is great for sensitive skin!

I used the product daily for two weeks and I was very impressed with the results. I applied the product once in the morning and noticed that on most days, this was enough! Part of my two week trial was done in Mexico where It is obviously much hotter and more humid than Canada so on those days I did find that it didn't perform as great as the other days. I had no redness, dryness or sensitivity under my arms and I can honestly say that is has worked better than any other natural deodorants I have used in the past. I would hesitate to use this in a very hot climate or when doing an intense workout but on a normal day or normal workout I wouldn't think twice!

Overall an amazing product and my new favourite natural deodorant! Thank you Schmidt's and ChickAdvisor for helping me make the switch!

Would use again!

I was exited to try this natural deodorant for the first time for free. So far I’ve been enjoying the product- smells great and definitely keeps me fresh all day which is great for a natural product. I would definitely buy this in the future and would recommend it.

Love the scent!

Love the scent of this product! I also love that it's a sensitive skin formula, as I find the regular Schmidt deodorants can irritate my underarms. The effectiveness lasted through a full day of moving (and up and down five flights of stairs a million times). I would definitely repurchase this product!

Smells so good!

I love natural deodorants and I’m glad I got to try this because I’ve never heard of this brand before. It kept me dry and fresh all day, the only downside is that it left white marks on my bra, I would definitely recommend this to others because it’s a natural product, it smells amazing and I feel confident and secure using deodorant that’s made for sensitive skin cause I know that there is no harsh ingredients

Love the fresh scent

I loved the fresh scent of this deodorant. It was long lasting and kept me fresh throughout the day. I especially love that it is natural and is aluminum free. I would definitely buy this product again. Excited to try the other scents now!

Super Efficace

J'aime beaucoup que ce désodorisant soit naturel et parfait pour les peaux sensibles. Il est très efficace pour empêcher les odeurs. L'odeur de sauge est cependant un peu forte pour moi, je prendrai donc lavende ou roses la prochaine fois.

Works well

I am a big fan of Scmidt's deodorants, and this one is new to me. I like that it's made for sensitive skin, which basically means it has no baking soda that a big number of natural deodorants contain. This is particularly important after shaving - my skin gets easily irritated from shaving, and I always avoid baking soda in deodorants for this reason. This one didn't cause any irritation. I like the scent - it's natural and earthy, but not too heavy. It's on the thin line between a unisex and a feminine fragrance, but I can see it being used by men, especially the ones that don't like the typical men's deodorants. I sweat a lot (hormonal sweats that can get stinky, sorry for tmi), so for me this deodorant is effective for 3-4 hours before I need to rinse off and reapply, which is comparable to other high quality natural deodorants. Rinsing off is a very important step - I find that natural deodorants can't be reapplied over sweaty skin, so I always wash the area with soap before reapplying (sorry, again tmi maybe?). From my experience with deodorants, I can definitely recommend this one.

The only thing that irritates me is the hemp seed oil. They literally had to add to the label that the product contains no cbd or thc. So was it really necessary to even use hemp seed oil (except because it's so popular these days)?

Un déodorant naturel incomparable

Jusqu'à maintenant, j'ai toujours eu une relation amour-haine avec les déodorants naturel. En effet, je voulais trouver un déodorant naturel qui fonctionnait bien, durait longtemps et qui avait un parfum agréable, mais malgré le fait que j'en ai essayer plusieurs, je n'étais toujours pas satisfaite jusqu'à aujourd'hui!

En effet, le déodorant Schmidt's sauge et vetiver est vraiment le déodorant P-A-R-F-A-I-T! Il sent merveilleusement bon, s'étend très bien, dure longtemps et il est composé d'ingrédients naturels. Mon seul bémol est qu'il peut tâcher les vêtements puisque ça texture s'apparente à celle d'une crème blanche, mais celle-ci par très bien au lavage.

Works great.

My first thought was Wow this is a very different scent. The vetiver is very unique and might take some getting used to for some people. I personally liked the scent. It wasn’t extremely feminine so this could be used by any gender.
When I applied it the deodorant went on nice and smooth. It lasted throughout the day unlike some other brands I’ve used in the past.
I have very sensitive skin and this formula agreed with my skin and I didn’t have any irritation.
Vegan, aluminum free and cruelty free are also a huge plus when it comes to finding the right deodorant.

The only downfall I noticed was that I had to change my shirt after realizing it had left some white residue on it when I put my shirt on after applying the deodorant.

All in all I would recommend it and purchase it in the future.

Scent is off

The packaging on this is cute and I love that this is an all natural deodorante with no aluminum but this scent is pretty awful. It smells like kitchen spices and I definitely don't want my underarms smelling that way! I also didn't find it completely effective at keeping me sweat free during a day's work/going to the gym/etc.
