Great texture, with a pleasant scent. Cleans gently but effectively and leaves skin soft, smooth and hydrated. Will most definitely recommend to friends and family.

Shu Uemura Cleansing Oil

I had an opportunity to try a sample of Shu Uemura's ultime8 sublime beauty cleansing oil. This is a cleansing oil that you emulsify with water. I use the oil on my dry face and massage into my skin for as long as i like. I used it once with makeup on, you can totally see and feel the makeup melting off. As soon as you add water the makeup comes off completely. I find this cleansing oil is very effective at removing makeup and is perfect for someone with dry skin. Alternatively I have used the oil just to cleanse my face without makeup. After a minute of massaging the oil into my skin i can feel the dirt remove from my pores. It really is an amazing and effective cleansing product.

Lovely texture and made skin feel great

I really enjoyed using this oil. it has a very subtle fragrance and it rinses off perfectly. My only complaint is that it didn't remove my mascara which is something I would really appreciate. I love oils and most of them work well to remove mascara so i am not sure why this didn't.

Great cleaning oil

I received this cleansing oil for free from Butterly in exchange for my honest review.
It removes my makeup very well and it leaves my skin moisturized unlike other cleansing oils.
This oil is silky and doesn't leave oily residues.
It's great that you don't need to double cleanse.

Pretty good

A nice gentle cleansing oil. However you need a lot of it to take off any/all makeup. I also found it to be quite thin so using a cotton pad is a must.

New Holy Grail

This cleansing oil from Shu Uemura is amazing! It removes all traces of makeup without drying out your skin. After a week of using it, I feel like my skin has became softer with a silky texture. I highly recommend this product to anyone who's looking for a quality makeup remover.
