tried these out.. made kabobs and 2 times they broke and once was stabbed the item separated and half of it went through my finger.. bamboo splinter isn't fun.. sure they are easy to use for soft foods but steak bites no way..

I got these last year for about $3.00 at my local grocery store, it was summertime and I wanted these to make Shish kebabs. This package comes with 100 skewers which lasts quite a while and they were perfect for cooking on the bbq, these are nice and long and I could fit a lot of food on these.
