Dry, thin cloths with a less than impressive result where makeup removal is concerned. Go to Costco for the Kirkland ones or Cetaphil instead.
There is a time and a place for a face wipe. That time is not your daily cleanse.
If you're looking for something to tone down your makeup or eliminate a bit of makeup residue before using a proper cleanser, this might be the right product for you. If you're on a plane or in a tent and you've already used something a little bit more makeup- and grime-busting, sure thing.
But let's be clear about one thing: these wipes, like any wipes, will not leave you with a perfectly clean face. They can't. Only proper cleansing with a facecloth and a cleanser and running water will get you a fully clean face. These wipes leave residue and other debris behind, and you'll know it because your face just won't feel clean.
As a quick-fix? Fine. In a pinch? Absolutely. For your hands? Sure! But absolutely, definitely not as the only product cleansing your face before bed.
These are pretty convenient and did a decent job removing makeup but mascara was still a bit of a struggle. I would use these for traveling for sure but for everyday use I would still prefer my usual makeup remover and face wash. They are supposed to be sensitive but I did notice a mild tingling in the eye area.
Unfortunately, Simple sensitive facial wipes is just not tough enough on make up. I had a lot of waterproof mascara still to clean up after using these wipes. Also, the wipes are rather rough on the skin.
I do like the fact that there are no harsh scents and includes multi-vitamins for the skin.
i thought these cleansing facial wipes worked pretty good, they removed most of my makeup and the cloths stayed moist in the package so thats always good.
Got a sample of seven wipes in the mail one day. The product feels nice and is not sticky. Face feels refreshed after I use them and the wipes remove my makeup. It is not ideal to remove mascara. Otherwise a nice quick method of cleaning the face while on the road.
To me, this is just an average product. It doesn't fully remove my mascara and eyeliner (and I don't wear waterproof), and it irritates my eyes. It wipes off foundation and lipstick well, but I still have to use a cleanser afterward because it leaves a film on my skin.
