I felt that this product did nothing for me. It made me feel bloated and I always had to poop, leaving the bathroom smelling like a barn. I bought it off the website, it was pricey, and not worth my money. People claim it works, but it didn't for me. I do not recommend this product. You will get better results with proper diet and exercise.
