One of the best primers ever! Smoothes everything out on your face and makes your makeup look better and last longer.

My only beef is...the container. It is so hard to get the last bits out of it. But now you can get it in a new bottle that leaves you with less waist (if you can find the new bottle, it is always sold out in stores).

There are cheaper primers out there, but they often feel greaser and are less effective.

I think everyone should use a primer, every day!

I love it! my face feels softer and provides a beautiful canvis to work with. many ppl have commented on how my makeup looks when i wear this product its perfect alone and even under makeup. although the price is a little steep look out for great deals at ur local shoppers drugmart i usally find mine there for $9.00

I wouldnot recomend this if you have oily skin. I know that it works really well for other people and it did make my skin look amazing when I first put it on, but it made my skin break out really bad. Even the one for oily skin makes me break out.

I love this primer! It feels greasy but is not at all on your face!

I have to have my foundation primer at all times. I use the smashbox everything and I'm obsessed. I've used Clinique Estee Lauder NARS MAC a little bit of everything but other than MAC's eyeshadow Smashbox is by far my favority. The primer makes my face incredibally soft and it sets my foundation really nicely.

Admittedly, it might be a little pricey for some people but it's DEFINITELY worth it. Especially for special occasions when you want your makeup to look immaculate, or better yet - as if you had no foundation on, this primer is an essential. It makes your skin supple and stops foundation from looking cakey - or settling into lines. Everything goes on smoother and better - blush, bronzer, eyeshadow. Since it's colourless, it does not interfere with your foundation colour like a tinted moisturizer might. Smashbox cosmetics are used in photo shoots so their products are quality-grade. Amazing, you will love how it transforms your makeup.

A friend of mine had her makeup done for her when she got married a couple of years ago and she was raving about this product. It took me awhile to try it because I have sensitive skin and I am always weary of tyring new products all over my face. Anyway, I am glad that I was recently talked into giving this product a try.

Likes: (1) this product makes my face feel super smooth, (2) this product works well to control shine and therefore there is no glare in pictures (a recent problem I have been having after wearing my makeup for extended periods of time), (3) this product made my foundation a lot smoother to apply and therefore it felt like my foundation was more evenly applied to my face, (4) my makeup stayed in place after being on for an entire work day...I feel as though this would be perfect for wearing on a night out at the club because it seems as though it would keep my face looking fresh throughout!

Dislikes: (1) I wish that this product came in a non heavy glass bottle so I did not have to worry about knocking it around in my bag and (2) if you are wearing a foundation like Mac's Hyper Real foundation that is supposed to give you a sunkissed glisten I find that this primer can dull that effect... (my guess is that it is because it is supposed to control oil and somehow mattifies the look of the foundation).

Anyway, having said all that, I am very glad that I gave this product a try. I will definitely use it when I need my makeup to stay in place and so I will not look all shiny in pictures! :o)

I like this clear product way better than the colored one. It goes on silky smooth, and it helps you blend in your foundation. It's pretty pricy, but it's worth it.

This primer has it all! Not only does it provide a smooth canvas for makeup application but it also has vitamins and a SPF 15.

How I use this product:

I put two pumps in my palm and "pour" Bare Minerals Mineral Veil on top. I mix it up in my palm and apply it all over my face and neck. This leaves my skin smooth, matte, illuminated, and evens out my complexion. Keep in mind this is before applying any makeup!

The price may seem steep but you only really need one pump for your entire face. I over use it because I love it.

this product is a miracle. i put it on under my foundation before my 24th birthday party - where i was out for several hours and sweating - and my makeup remained totally intact! the pictures proved that my look held up with little-to-no touching up! yes, its expensive, but if you have an occasion, it cannot be skipped.
