My family and I really enjoyed this cereal. It has a slightly sweet taste which was really nice. It had the right amount of crunch. Would definitely buy it again.

Great tasting cereal high in protein. I like it best mixed in my yogurt.

I bought this cereal looking for something new to add to my yogurt. I found it not only great in my yogurt, but also made a great mid-day snack. It's got a good crispy crunch to it, without getting too soggy.

I was skeptical about this cereal and had no intention of buying it but tried it as a sample at a grocery store and it was quite good. The taste is good my only concern is how full would it leave me feeling. If I can find it on sale at a good price will pick up and a box and try but must find it at the right price.

recently tried this cereal and was amazed at how good it tasted. it reduces my hunger thru the day and tastes great

Love all Special K Cereals and this is my Favorite. With lightly sweetened wheat, soy and rice flakes, you can get 10 grams of protein and i eat it every morning. Great before or after a workout to get your vibe back!

finally a cereal with protein! it is much more filling then sugr natural cereal. I use it as a snack though not in milk........it tastes like a broken up granola bar. I just hope the claim for 10 gram protein is true! low calorie and honestly if you want to be healthy- you cannot do better then this for 'granola'

Good value for the size. Found it on sale at Wal-Mart, decided to try it. Found it more filling than the regular Special K cereal.
