Spectro Jel is a wonderfully effective facial cleanser for all skin types. I have very dry, sensitive skin, and rosacea. This is the only product I've tried that leaves my skin feeling moisturized and not tight and flaky. It also works wonders for clearing up acne. I highly recommend this product. I just wish they had moisturizers with SPF, then I'd use nothing but Spectro on my face!!!

I first bought this product when my friend recommended it to me. I was really irritated at other products I would buy that would dry out my skin or cause more breakouts. When I started using it, I didn't really like the scent (still don't) but noticed that it didn't dry my skin at all. After a couple months I started to notice that my skin was pimple free, contained a lot more moisture than it used to (I have really dry skin and any cleanser that I use will completely strip it of its moisture. It is not harsh on my skin at all that), and I had a better complexion than I did before I had used Spectro Gel. I was really impressed and I still am now. My cousin and I swear by it and I definitely recommend it because it works and it is cheap. There are different types of Spectro Gel that are geared to different skin types.

I use the one for dry skin which is the blue bottle.

This cleanser isn't fancy, but it does a great job in getting rid of grease and oil and dirt, but doesn't strip out moisture. It has almost no smell, and won't irritate even the most sensitive of skin, I think it has a ph that is similar to your natural skin ph, so that's why it doesn't dry or sting. My boyfriend uses it too and he has suffered from bad acne in the past and swears by it as well. He has naturally very oily skin, whereas mine is naturally pretty dry, but the same stuff works well for both of us. Definitely worth a try if you want something gentle to balance your skin.

I've been using Spectro Jel for years. I've switched to more expensive products on a few occasions, but I always come back to Spectro Jel. It's so great, and a fantastic price.

I love this stuff! I use the sensitive skin version and my skin has never looked or felt better. I use it every morning and night, it does remove most makeup, but I generally use a remover before hand anyhow. The only thing I've found it doesn't work on is the waterproof Lash Blast mascara, but that stuff's impossible to harm without a proper cleanser. Anyhow, it's cheap for such a large bottle, easily available and I barely ever have a blemish now-a-days. My skin is left feeling clean and soft. I swear it makes your skin glow.

I have very sensitive skin, and have tried many cleansers both inexpensive and expensive. Spectro gel is one of the best I have used. It is non oily, the gel is soothing to irritated skin, easy to wash off plus works well as a eye make up remover. It is hypo allergenic and non scented, also works great for baby's skin. Highly recommended by both me and my Dr!!

What I like the most about this cleanser is that it doesn't dry out my skin, removes make-up and is pretty cheap. It's available in drugstores and you can get a pretty large bottle for $10-$15.

This is the best cleanser I've even used! It is so gentle, and doesn't have any harsh ingredients, but leaves my skin clean and non shiny. It is supposed to keep your moisture barrier in place because of lack of harmful ingredients, soaps and sodium based stuff.
It smells a bit bad but its bearable, but its better for your skin that way, no harmful fragrance. You have to rub it well, but I find that a good way to exfoliate. It leaves my skin healthy and amazing. It is cheap too, a HUGE bottle of amazing cleanser for only $16!

I've used Spectrogel for YEARS now. I refuse to switch because every other cleanser out there always strips my oily combination skin to the bare bones, and makes my face feel tight and itchy.

This stuff is light, it leaves a bit of a film but not as bad as the Cetaphil brand, and if you use a washcloth (wet it with warm water and wring it out first), you can also exfoliate your skin with the cleanser!

I find it minimizes my chances of getting acne (it's no miracle worker if you don't use it after getting a spot of grease/oil on your face and forgetting to wash it off), and it makes my skin feel soft and clean. I don't know how effective it is at removing makeup though, because I always find I need to use a makeup remover BEFORE I wash my face with this stuff.

It's cheap, it is a big bottle, and it feels good. :)

Spectro Jel is a must-have in my shower. It refreshes your face, keeps blemishes away and takes off eye makeup very easily. Overall, it's a great product and is gentle enough for sensitive skin types. If you don't really like it as a face wash, it is a good makeup remover. I really enjoy this product and have been using it for almost ten years now.
