If you want a simple kit to get a crazy hair colour this is for you. The bleach works well but is almost impossible to mix well in the container provided. The colour is vibrant and long lasting but there are drawbacks. It is messy to apply and will stain everything it touches. If you get it on your scalp it wont be coming off for a good long while. Also be prepared for the colour to run every time your hair is wet. That means showering, swimming, misting hair, and sweating. If you sweat at night it will be on your skin and pillow in the morning.

I have used a lot of different hair colors. Unfortunately I found that SPLAT didn't last long in my hair and generally just made a big mess.

I liked Splat because for the first week or so that I had it, it was bright colours, wasn't washing out or anything, it turned out the colour that I had expected, and didn't damage my hair too much. The only downside, was after the week, it started changing colours and it didn't stay in long enough. I expected to spend just over 15 dollars for something that would stay nice for over a week.

I love splat products, The bleach that comes with it however ruins hair..but the colors are awesome and they are not permanent which i love. i even use splay colors on my kids

am naturally blonde and used the Luscious Raspberry. The color did bleed for several weeks if my hair was not dried immediately. I was completely impressed with the pop of red I attained. However, a year later after two bleachings, a summer in chlorinated water, and three coverups with chocolate browns the remnants are still visible.

I like the splay hair colors i use them on myself and my daughters, what i dont like about it is the bleach it ruins my hair

Try the red. Wasn't enough bleach or color to do a short hair cut and was expensive

This was just an average hair color for me. I didnt feel like color held at all. within 2 or 3 weeks, all the color had washed out, even without shampoo. It is definately a temporary color. The bleach strength also wasn't quite what I needed. I would just go to Sallys and get it all there.I prefer Ion Brilliance Brights

I use the bright red Splat colour and it is great! It stays in my hair like nobodies business!! I find it is much better than the manic panic hair dye. I will keep buying this Every month until I don't want bright red hair anymore!!

I do light the bright color choices you can get with this brand, However it does not seem to last very long. The color fades very fast with only washing hair between 3-5 times a week. My teenager loves to have streaks of bright blue o pink in her hair as a statement but I think we will be looking for a different item next time. It can get pretty pricey if you have thick hair
