Flan-Like Texture With Banana Taste

I absolutely love dessert tofu and have tried almost every flavour, with this one being one of my favorites. I usually get this from Loblaws and they can often be found for 50 per cent off. Each comes with two individually packed containers, so it's good for two takes.

The tofu is soft, almost like a firm flan in texture. The banana flavour comes through prominently. It reminds me of a mild and sweet banana, but without being artificial. Each pack contains a fair bit of tofu for only around 100 calories, so it's great to add for lunch or have for dessert. I will keep buying this, either on sale or at regular price.

Light Banana Flavour

I am a big fan of this dessert tofu. There are a variety of different flavors, but the banana is one of my favorites. This is a soft tofu so if you have ever had that you will know the consistency. If you have never had tofu it is a little bit like a pudding but it is thicker and holds its form better. The banana flavor is prominent but mild. You can really taste the fruit and it does not taste artificial at all. You get 2 portioned packages of this tofu per package. I often buy this at T&T;, but they also sell it at Metro and Loblaws. It usually is around $3 so it's not overly expensive. I would highly recommend this. It is healthy and great tasting!
