I think the wetjet is good for small places but I do find it leaves some sort of residue and is extremely pricey as compared to mop and bucket. I don't know about health risks to pets and people, but seems feasible with the left over chemicals it leaves behind.

This product is good but not if you have hard wood floors.

my husband bought the swiffer wetjet for me one day when rcss had a no tax event. i was so excited to try it and only to be disappointed on the results. the product assembly was easy and quick; however, the liquid solution that came with the kit, left behind a sticky film on my floors! :( i'm not impressed at all! on top of that, the pad refills are expensive! i would only use the swiffer wetjet as a back up.. solely because of the sticky film it leaves behind.

This product is good for small spaces. I like the febreeze scents in the cleaners, but I wouldn't use it on large areas as the cleaner and pads run out quickly and are quite expencive to replace. I don't use it on hardwood as it needs specialty products, but when I did it left a nasty film and made it look worse. Quick and easy to use, no cords a push of a button and you're good to go :)

My mother in law bought me one of these so when she visits with her dog we can do a quick clean up .. works ok... for little jobs and hardwood but not for messy prints... and the refills i find are expensive when you are not employed

I like the idea of this product, but sadly did not work for me. I don't like the smell, and I find it leaves streaks and a sticky/grimy residue. It's also very expensive, when you add up the starter kit, refill solution/pads and don't forget those batteries!

The idea is good, but performance wise it doesn't clean that well. Yes it cleans but only the minor surface stains. Also, it's pretty pricey to keep replacing the floor detergent since you can't really refill them on your own.

This product has some cons- It requires batteries and you have to replace the pads and cleaning solution which does become expensive.pros- NO wringing out mop and no bucket of water.It is a quick and easy system to use.It does clean but feels like it leaves a residue on floors
