It's no secret, I love tarte. My sister needed new blush so I suggested she get the new Amazonian clay one from tarte. It's a great alternative to their gel cheek stains, and Amazonian clay works for all skin types. Theses lovely colours, like all of tarte's products, is a more natural alternative to other colour brands.

There are eight beautiful shades, each encased in a pretty sleek cases. I got exposed (nude).

My sister was very specific about the look she wanted. She wanted the 'I just went for a brisk walk' look. Easy. I picked her up amused: Bright pink

I bought the Tarte Amazonian Clay 12 Hr blush in the shade Dollface which is a beautiful light pink. It's a shade that will work well for fair to medium skin tones. It's pigmentation is fantastic and the matte finish is smooth and blends very easily in the skin. Sometimes, powder blushes can look a little too powdery on your cheeks, but it's not the case with this one. It contains lots of natural, beneficial ingredients like Vitamins A, E and C as well as the Amazonian clay which is also rich in nutrients. It's also free of parabens and many other harmful chemicals. The color does last all day, so their 12 Hr claim stands true! Since it's super pigmented, you don't need to apply a whole lot, therefore, this blush will last you quite a while, which makes it a great investment. The price is a little high but well worth it! These are definitely worth collecting!

I got the shade Peaceful (a pink tinged peach) in the Tarte Glow Your Way to Gorgeous kit/collection that was on QVC. I usually wouldn't splurge on such a pricey blush, but the kit was such a deal I had to get it (even thought it was the blush that hooked me.)

I'm so glad that I did get it, because this blush is pretty great! It's got the perfect pigmentation and it isn't too shimmery- it does have micro shimmer that gives you a light glow, but nothing extreme or harsh looking. I found the formula to be easy to blend out and lasted all day. You don't need much on you brush, so it will last for quite some time (making the price much more agreeable.) I defiantly recommend picking up a shade (or two, or three) of these.

This product is on the more expensive side but it is great. I have it in the color Blissful (a warm peach color). It has a great selection of colors. The staying power is amazing. It works better then cream blushes, and liquid cheek stains that I have tried. It lasted me for 10 hours and through a hot outdoor concert.
