If you're looking for a neutral shade, consider this one. It would look great on any skin tone. It looked/s great on me, lol. Consistency as with all Color Workshop colors are, as I said, are not too thin, nor too thick. Drying time the same; 20 minutes, give or take. Of course, depending on what you do with your nails, the chip factor will vary. Mine didn't start chipping until about a week later. That's good news. Not much else to say, so I'll end by saying that it's worth a try. Recommendable in my opinion.
