I had been looking for a gluten free bread that doesn't taste like cardboard and isn't as hard as a rock. this is a great solution! it tastes great, good for a sandwich or toast, and works out to be about 5.50 for a loaf, which is pretty darn good

There is a local cafe that I go to where I often opt for GF bread (as moral support for my GF bf) and they have this incredible bread that wasn't dry like so many others I have tried (at restaurants).

We had been purchasing various frozen breads at our local grocer until we saw this brand of bread show up fresh at our local Costco - $9.99 for 2 loaves, yes please! GF bread is expensive!

Lo and behold, it's the same bread from our local cafe. It has a delicious brown bread-esque flavour and is full of seeds. It also has a great moist texture (not dry) and toasts well. Love this!
