clean ingredient and efficient

I though it was efficient for me, i took it 30mn before going to bed and i had good nights sleep. I liked the chewable flavor, easy to take, and the combination of ingredients is a complete one to promote relaxation.

Effective, but...

I tried this product after experiencing interrupted sleep, which was unusual for me. On the upside, it worked the very first night I used it, it does not need to "build up" in the body before having an effect. On the downside, after three nights, I started waking up in the morning with a headache. I did have a good sleep though. Apparently a small number of people get headaches, others I have spoken to had no problem. Having said that, I'd probably use it again as I can treat a headache and I'd rather not suffer through a day of fatigue.

Doesn't make me sleep throughout.

I followed the instructions. I have tried Sleep Water before and when I tried this, it didn't really make me sleep throughout the night. I was still playing on my phone. The cost of it at Nutrition house was $20.99. I would say it's expensive for something that doesn't work. I bought the chewable ones with 60 caps. Flavour taste ok, The chewables wasn't a gummy. It tasted weird biting into it.

It really does work

I took it about half an hour before bed and it really did work. I got a full nights sleep and it didn't take me hours to fall asleep. I love that it all natural, no narcotics and not addictive. I will defiantly recommend this to friends and family.
