I used this product and it was good for small pains. As it is extra strength so it is strong as well. The gel caps actually works faster than the ordinary one.

Works fast!

I kept this bottle at my desk at work because a headache can come on rather quickly while staring at a computer all day. This product works much faster than my usual brand and I only need one tablet! No drowsy side effects and the gel cap goes down easily. The price is comparable to other brand name pain relievers so I really don't mind the price. Will buy again for sure.

Worked on stress headache!

I have been having stress headaches lately. These gel caps seemed to work faster and more effectively than Tylenol Extra Strength tabs. These will definitely be going on my shopping list!

Great Pain Killer

I often find that I’m stuck in the motions of work and forget to drink water which results in a headache. When this happens I will pop a Tylenol and start focusing on drinking more water. You definitely can feel the difference between the rapid release and just regular pills.

Fast acting!

I had the opportunity to try tylenol rapid release extra strength gel caps and I was quite surprised how fast they worked. I usually use ibuprofen because they seem to work better for me, but when I had a headache the other day I reached for the tylenol rapid release to see how well they worked and they actually went to work fast. They got rid of my headache faster than I expected!

Effective for migraines

I live in an area that has been very rainy lately, and I find that changes in the weather like air pressure and rain can give me terrible migraines or headaches. I found that this was an effective relief and worked pretty quickly. I tend to avoid Tylenol because I've heard there can be hidden side effects, but I didn't experience any issues.

Worked very well

This product was very good, worked fast and easy to swallow. For myself, I suffer from sever migraines so if caught early enough this product worked effectively but if I didn’t catch it quick enough it did not help like other over the counter medication.
