Vachon cake

I so love this product. #gotitfree. I’m not buying this product before then I received a coupon to try it for free then Me and my family learned that this is so good. Definitely worth buying for. I will recommend this to my family and frineds.

It's a decent snack

It's a good snack to have when you're craving something sweet. It's a little bit too sweet for my liking and I would not be able to eat more than one in a sitting so I guess that's a good thing. It has a good combination of textures so it's a fun treat to have.

Good for a sweet snack

I liked this for satisfying a sweet snack craving. It was enough to satisfy my craving but not too much. I liked the taste and the combination of the chocolate, filling and cake. A little bit of everything. I would recommend this to friends.

Too sweet

This product was cloyingly sweet. Too processed. I did not enjoy it.
Perhaps children would like it, but not adults.

My family absolutely adored these. They were fluffy and soft, and full of deliciousness. Honestly a true classic snack. I was thankful to receive the opportunity to try them for free!

Decent baked good

My family and I tried the Vachon May west Cakes for free in exchange for our review. We don’t normally buy these kinds of snacks, but the free coupon allowed us to try them out.

All in all, we didn’t mind this product for its convenience and taste, but I don’t think we would ever buy them. I don’t love the ingredients, and would prefer a higher quality snack when buying groceries.

Subtle and sweet

This is my first time buying this product. I don't think I've ever seen this before. The outside layer of chocolate is soft, and the right level of hardness, while the inside had breadlike texture. My first bite, I couldn't really taste anything and had to have my second bite before getting a taste. Overall, it is a nice snack and would consider repurchasing.

Vachon May West Cake

I have always loved Jos Louis cakes and the May West cake actually taste very similar.

The Vachon May West cake has a very soft spongy interior and the cake is not dense at all. It does not taste overly sweet or artificial. It makes a quick on the go snack.

I would recommend it to my friends and would probably purchase this again in the future.

Lovely cakes our whole family loved

Typically when buying snacks we head to the vachon section. We often get Jos Louis , flakies or butter tarts.we had a free product coupon so we thought we would try something new. We chose these May west cakes as looked similar to our favourite Jos Louis, so we were interested in the difference. The difference is subtle. My kids loved them just the same. There is a slight flavour difference with the cream but very slight and very good. We will definitely buy this kind again.
