I mix this in my shake every morning. I usually blend it with berries and any other fruit I may have. This tastes great on its own as well! This is the perfect breakfast shake. Keeps me full and energized throughout the morning. I prefer this over any of the other shake/protein mixes out there.

Vega One is the only protein powder/nutritional shake brand that I will ever use! I trust it, it actually works, and the taste isn't fake or bland. I specifically like this Vanilla Chai flavour in my smoothies as it thickens up nicely and has a nice scent (it also hides the flavour of my spinach that I put in, phew). It is vegan, gluten-free, and pretty low in sugar which is really unique in protein powders. The best part about it is that it is filling, so you're not craving for more/solid food after! I recently started to find Vega One products in Bulk Barn, so if you find it too expensive, it's carried there.

I really like this stuff! It takes good when you mix it with milk, and it's half the price of Shakeology. You do get a bit sick of the flavour after awhile, but all the nutrients in the mix make it worthwhile. I will continue to use this!

This product is awesome! I read a lot of reviews on internet and all of them were good. The only bad review I got a lot, was the taste. I decided to purchase it anyways, because it's full of good stuff! After tasted it this morning with 1.5 of vanilla soymilk, I can say that the taste is not so bad. In fact, it's very good! I love this product!!! I will use it as a quick breakfast when I go to work in the morning. It is perfect!
