Amazing company, decent pre-workout

I'm obsessed with most of the Vega Sport line. This product is a great, slow burn of a pre-workout (definitely not the shake-inducing reaction like C4) and the packaging is perfect for your gym bag, which is why I rated it so high. I find that it gives me the same energy as a cup of coffee prior to a work out but sometimes it's not feasible, which is why I love having the little sachets available. The flavour is pretty good, there's a bit of an after taste but I don't mind it much. I prefer the flavour to other pre-workouts and again, it gets the job done! Follow your workout up with one of the Sport protein powders (my absolute favourite on the market!)

If this doesn't get your butt you then I don't know what will. Take 20 minutes before a work out and you will be on a roll. This is my favourite flavour. Like a non fizzy sprite. Mix it with soda stream water and you have sprite with a kick.
