I thought that it worked well. A small amount goes along way and it did not leave my skin feeling oily. My skin felt hydrated. It had a light scent to it which I did not really care for. I would have preferred a nice floral scent.

What I loved about this product was that I could use it in the shower as well. It has a very refreshing, yet subtle scent and reminds me of a thicker hydrating dry oil. When used dry, it takes quite awhile to absorb and is quite greasy which is why I think using in shower works much better. It gives skin a beautifully glowy look and even my somewhat tanned legs looked pretty good after application!

It has great fragrance. This is little more oily than i would really like. I don't think this had much of use for me. Got opportunity to try this product for free.

I really wanted to like this after care lotion, especially as it looks like it's great relief for serious sun burns but as an everyday or show moisturizer I found it was a bit too oily feeling for my dry skin. I had to hop back into the shower to wash it off. Great product, just not for me.

I have never used an after sun product before but I am very impressed. It was very soothing to the skin and I love that I can use in in the shower or on dry skin. The dual purpose gives it a lot more versatility. Impressed with the size I would for sure want this if I was going on a tropical vacation while I was spending a lot of time in the sun!

Thank you Chickadvisor for the opportunity to test and review this product. This is the first after sun care product I have tried and I wasn't sure what to expect. I like the smell and it does a good job moisturing dry skin but feels oily. I preferred applying it in the shower but like others found it made the tub quite slippery.

This is such a lovely product! I enjoy using bath oils and this is what this product reminds me of. You can use this product on dry skin or on wet skin as you're getting ready to get out of the shower. I like to use it in the shower as I find it easier to apply that way. I first used this at the end of a day at the beach and this was welcomed relief to my dry skin (especially good for legs!) It absorbs nicely and doesn't make the skin look/feel oily. While this product is meant as after-sun care, I think it is a great everyday product to keep your skin moisturized. My skin feels pampered and so soft when I use it :)
I appreciate that the first ingredient is rapeseed oil compared to most body oils that use mineral oil. The fragrance is pleasant and light, it does not linger.

I have always had problems with sun protection products, I find them too oily, too hard to spread, too thick, too cumbersome, and always feel wrong on my skin. I also have had oily and combination skin for a long time, so I avoid sun protection products as much as possible.

I was however very pleasantly surprised by this product. I've been using it after shower, as well as after sun exposure, and find that it does not leave my skin greasy or heavy at all, instead feeling refreshed and cool. I'm not sure if it's as necessary as the "Vichy Idéal Soleil Sheer Lotion Bare Skin Feel SPF 60" or the "Vichy Idéal Soleil Ultra Light Lotion SPF 50", but it's definitely a nice-to-have and leaves you feel pampered and relaxed.

I'd recommend this product, especially if you tan easily and would like something soothing after some sun exposure.

For me it really didn't excite me like the sunscreen did. I found it didn't do much. My skin isn't very dry.If your looking for this type of product It was ok. I wouldn't buy it again myself since I found myself having to force myself to use it for the trial.

I am not one to use after sun products, because I don't like the feel of lotions, however, this may have changed my mind. I used it in the shower and rinsed it off as opposed to putting it on after. It still left my skin feeling soft. It has a very subtle scent, not at all overpowering. I'm going to continue to use this during the winter months when my skin gets really dry.
