I have fair skin and it has always been gifted with a fairly clear complexion. That being said, I had to stop using this product after a week of use because it started to cause me to break out in pimples. Also, I seemed to sweat more with this product on my skin. My experience may be an isolated experience with this product compared to others who have tested this product.

Other than those two issues, I enjoyed the product as it had a low fragrance and felt nice when I put on my face.

This cream smelled good and it works. I really enjoyed using it. It made my skin soft but I did not notice any difference from the cream I normally use. So, because of the price I am going to stick to what I normally use.

This is the only product from the 3 I have received to try, that I am not a big fan of. It is very moisturizing and it feels very nice on the skin when you apply it. After using it for almost a month now, I can say that it does brighten and moisturize the skin, as it promises. Vichy claims that this cream minimizes the look of fine lines and pores. I haven't noticed a difference in fine lines but my pores look larger, actually. I notices that this cream broke me out and made my skin quite oily and shiny. Not a fan. It looks like, this is not good for my skin, but it might be an amazing product for other skin types.

When I received this day cream in my review kit I was very excited as I generally love Vichy products. They work well on sensitive skin types and the price is affordable. But this cream was a mere disappointment to me. The major issue here is it clogs the pores. When I started to use it as a day cream, I broke out bad. I thought probably it is because of the hot summer we are having this year. So, I decided to try it as a night cream - but, alas! Not any better! I'll give it a last chance in winter, and see if it can be used at least during the cold months. But I'll hardly buy it myself. As I had to stop using it, I can't say much about its anti-aging effect, so I'll give it 4 stars here.

I received this product for free as part of the Chick Advisor Product Review Club. I`m not sure this one is worth the money. At first I didn`t like it because my skin felt kindof greasy as i went about my day, but then i realized i was using too much. Just a few dots will do it. Haven`t noticed a difference in my skin other than it feels more balanced and even. No change in my pores or texture though. It does work really well under my bb cream though so it blends in better.

Very beautiful, elegant packaging, as pretty as it is I would prefer a tube or pump so I don't have to stick my fingers or a spatula in it.

Light pleasant scent. Texture light and smooth. Absorbs into the skin quickly.

As great as it feels on my skin I notice that I get shiny/oily shortly after which then makes my foundation not last and look awful. I will just wear it on the days I don't wear face makeup and keep blotting papers around.

I have not noticed lines being reduced or smaller pores, maybe I have to use it longer to notice?

It keeps my skin hydrated (summer time) and absorbs quickly which is great but not worth the price.

This cream claims to 'visibly smooth the apperance of wrinkles, providing a more youthful looking complexion,' although I cannot admit that it lived up to its claims after over a month of use. It is lightweight and absorbs quite well, providing and adequate amount of hydration; however, it simply does not live up to its promise.

I would not recommend its use for the intended purposes that they have claimed.

I loved this day care cream, at first I think I was using a bit too much as it made my skin feel a little greasy after a few hours.

Once I got the hang of the correct amount to use, it was great and kept my skin moisturized throughout the day. It smells gorgeous and felt very nice and refreshing when applying to skin.

It's taken some time but I think it is now starting to make some of my open pores close. I also definitely see a reduction in fine lines.

ive tried lots of different Vichy products and this one is not in my favs but work well. The down side is that is a bit expensive. I have tried other cheaper cream with same effects!

The Vichy Idéalia Day Care comes in a simple pink and silver short bottle. It makes the product look expensive and good quality. When I opened the cream, it has a strange baby powder smell mixed with something else. I found that this scent lasted a while and did not enjoy its unpleasantness. The cream itself was very soft and easy to put on. You simply apply it every morning after cleansing and spread the cream outwards from the middle of your face. After trying this cream for a few weeks, I did notice that my skin did look slightly more radiant, but it did not minimize the look of fine lines or pores. Perhaps if I use it longer, my lines and pores will appear smaller. My skin was very moist, but not greasy. Overall, I though this was a good product, but a little expensive.
