I was extremely excited to test this product thanks to Vichy and ChickAdvisor! The first thing I noticed about this product was the beautiful packaging. It was so pretty, I actually keep the entire collection on my bathroom counter as decorations! This product was extremely easy to use, worked very well at removing even the most stubborn leftover mascara and did not irritate my sensitive eyes or skin what so ever. I loved this product from start to finish and a little goes a long way so you certainly get your moneys worth. I would highly recommend this product!

C'est un excellent produit! Il est extrêmement efficace et ne laisse pas de film gras comparativement à plusieurs autres bi-phase. J'utilise un mascara de type polymere. Ce qui est particulièrement difficile à enlever. Je dirais que 50% part avec le démaquillant et le reste est suffisamment ramolli et part facilement avec le nettoyage sous la douche. Sincèrement je l'achèterais volontiers. Par contre, je trouve que son prix est un peu élevé. Je serai plus encline à l'acheter s'il était à 15$ et non 20$. Aussi, j'ai moins aimé le bouchon. Le haut de la bouteille est trop large et si le coton démaquillant n'est pas directement sur le dessus, ça coule à côté. S'il en manque sur le coton et qu'on a commencé à démaquiller, on ne peut pas rajouter seulement quelques gouttes sans contaminer le contenu de la bouteille.
Je l'ai tout de même adoré et ces petits points ne sont pas assez dissuasif pour ne pas que je le rachète. Je le recommande donc sans hésiter.

Love this makeup remover! It's gentle yet effective and doesn't leave my skin feeling super greasy like some others. It's going to last me forever too, a little goes a long way!!

First off, this eye make up remover does it job very effectively. It removes eye make up (and other make up) very easily. You just have to make sure that you shake it a bit before you use it to distribute the 2 layers. However I did find that it left a bit of a oily residue afterwards

Price wise, it is quite pricey, but it is Vichy and it produces quality product. I found that true to its claim, it does not cause any stinging and is suitable for people with sensitive eyes.

I have very sensitive eyes so when it comes to eye products be it eye make up , creams and makeup removers, Im very careful and picky. Vichy Purete Thermale Waterproof Eye makeup remover is gentle enough for me to be able to use daily to remove mascara and eyeliner. No burns! No watery eyes! I like that it is unscented and also paraben free. This is truly made for sensitive skin.

Its a bit on the oily side on application , so make sure you shake it enough before applying but it dries quickly.

I really want to vouch for the lash protection for this product because I havent had any lash fall out and Ive been using this for quite sometime now.

This stuff is amazing! You barely have to use any and my eye makeup all came off in almost one swipe. It left no dark stains on my face and didn't pull out any eyelashes. Only thing is it leaves your face feeling greasy afterwards.

Hands down the best eye make up remover. No more black lines beneath my eyes after using regular soap and water. I wish I had used this ages ago. It leaves the delicate skin around the eyes feeling hydrated rather than dry and makes getting eye makeup off so easy before bed.

I've always hated waterproof makeup (which sucks because I used to be subscribed to two or three makeup boxes and own quite a bit of waterproof makeup!). Its so hard to remove even if it stays of fleek all day! I decided to give it another chance since I got this and I'm super glad I did! This takes my makeup off much faster than any other waterproof makeup remover I've ever used before! Just a couple swipes and I'm ready to wash my face!

This is a great product to remove eye make up. I have used it and the make up comes off readily. I have have also used it to clean my face after drawing flags on my face. The product gently removed the ink. I find it strange that the liquid is half blue and half clear. This tells me there must be a lot of oil in the product. Despite this it has not reacted negatively on my face. I feel comfortable to continue using the product

I got this to test from Chick Advisor and was given the Cleansing Routine. I really liked this eye makeup remover it worked great! I wear quite a bit of mascara and this took it off quite well. It doesn't feel harsh on the skin or burn my eyes. I have tried many kinds and this it right at the top.
