I only had to try this product once to know that I loved it. It removes waterproof makeup effortlessly and instantly. I love, love, love it. It doesn't sting my eyes or feel greasy at all. It's amazing. It is the best eye makeup remover that I have used to date. Highly recommend!!!

This eye makeup remover is fabulous, it takes off my stubborn and waterproof eye makeup with ease and is also gentle. Never stings my eyes and leaves the delicate wye area feeling comfortable.

J'ai beacoup aimé le démaquillant pour les yeux. Il enlève facilement le mascara et le crayon, et ce, sans brûler les yeux. C'est un produit que je vais acheter, c'est certain. J'aime bien aussi le gel nettoyant. Ma peau est très propre et douce, après l'utilisation du gel. Par contre, le gommage, je n'aime pas la texture. Par contre, il rend la peau éclatante et très douce.

Been using Vichy Pureté Thermale Waterproof Eye Makeup Remover for a while now and it has been working great for me, really does what the product said it would. it is really simple to use, remove my eye makeup very fast and effectively. the good thing about this product is that it doesn't dry out your shin like other product would. would recommend to others about it.

I received the Vichy Pureté Thermale Waterproof Eye Makeup Remover from @ChickAdvisor for free to test as part of a product review for @VichyCanada. I am raving about this eye makeup remover! Not only did my eyeliner and hard to remove mascara from eyelashes, but it removed the eye makeup with 1 simple swipe (no rubbing involved).

I plan on using this product on a daily basis as well as for those quick makeup smears and mistakes that I make from time to time.

It is a pretty looking product but don't be fooled. I was only able to use this three times - the burning in my eyes made me stop. While it seems to have taken off all my waterproof eye make-up, it took over an hour for the irritation in my eyes to ease! Not only that, but it left an oily film and feel that I have never experienced with other waterproof eye make-up removers. No amount of shaking the bottle eased this experience, either. It says no greasy finish but that is not true. I even had my daughters' try it, thinking maybe I had a sensitivity to it. Nope...same problem. I am sorry Vichy. I love so many of your other products but this one was a bust :-(

I received this product from the Chickadvisor Product Review Club. This reminds me of the marcelle gentle eye makeup remover, except this is better. (cost-wise, this is $5 more expensive). I don't use waterproof or long wearing eye makeup on the daily, but this takes off waterproof mascara and eyeliner pretty easily. I also haven't used makeup remover in a while due to the availability of micellar water. The thing that I do really enjoy about this, and the marcelle one, is that they don't leave an oily residue. I think that this one is also less drying than the marcelle one, so even better for sensitive skin.

I think this is potentially a more expensive eye makeup remover, but it seems to be comparable to the lancome bifacil which is almost double the price (also this has 25ml more). So in that sense the price of this quite good. Otherwise, I think there are other cheaper comparable eye makeup removers, though they might not work as well for sensitive skin.

I used this product every night after work to remove my makeup for over 2 weeks. I loved how my eye liner was off with in 2 swipes of the cloth. With other products that I have used it was at least 4 ( with rubbing) . There was no rubbing involved just a clean eye. My eyes felt refreshed and very clean.
