My mother used this on my chest when I was sick as a child, and I used it on my childrens as well. Nothing works like it. The mentholatym and medicinal ingredients clear a stuffy nose and make it much easier to breathe. Well worth every penny and I will purchase again and again. We always have a pot of this in our house for when colds, stuffy noses and the flu strikes.

I always rub this on my chest when i have a lot of congestion especially in the winter time. It works really well. i also put some in my humidifier; they say not to but it does no harm if cleaned up well afterwards. I've done this for years.

I apply this on my neck and nose before going to bed when ive got a cold and it works amazingly. I get a good nights rest as my nose isnt blocked and i can breathe well.

Vicks vapour rub is my go to product when my family is feeling a bit under the weather; be it stuffy noses, congestion, colds, icky-sick feeling, nausea or rough feet. I rub this on the back and chest to relieve congestion and soothe the sick. In a bowl of hot water I put a bit of vicks and cover my head with a towel to relieve any stuffy nose. At night I rub some vicks on my feet and cover with socks; in the morning I wake up to baby soft feet. this stuff is amazing. The smell is soothing and helps to relax my family especially when they're sick and fussy.

We love this stuff when we are sick. I often put some in a cup and put it on my candle warmer. It makes the room smell good and also us feel better. Putting it on your feet too as gross as it feels works.

I love this stuff, it's so soothing. I apply it to the soles of my feet after a hot bath and put on thick fluffy socks before I hop into bed. It goes straight into your chest from the bottoms of your feet. You can feel it when you breath in like you would if you put it on your chest, but you don't have to deal with the yucky sticky feeling. I also sometimes put a glob on my humidifier.

I love Vicks VapoRub -- it always helps me breathe a lot better when going to sleep at night's if I am feeling a bit stuffy, and when we have colds, it is used by all members of our family, we rub a bit under our noses, on our throats and chest and it really aids in a better night's rest! My mom always used it with us, so it is a product I have been using and loving for years!
