Very effective for Nails

I had ridges in my nails and they were brittle and breaking. I bought some of this and in 2 weeks the ridges had begun to smooth out and now they are completely gone and I have a good length. They do not crack and split now and are not soft like they were. Between taking 3 of these a day and using Sally Hanson nail hardener, my nails are pretty again.

I get these at Walmart for a low price of $5.88, very well worth the price! they are in the pharmacy section with all the vitamins and supplements and they are melt in your mouth so not a pill to swallow and wait for it to dissolve!
