Didn’t get out of my car in the pouring rain

Fast service, accurate order. I was only waiting in my car for a few minutes when my groceries were packed into my trunk. Very happy!
My bread was fresh and the groceries were packed in the bags very well.

Fast and easy

This was my first time using curbside pick up. I was worried I would not get the best cuts of meat, but they did not disappoint the cuts were excellent. All my product was packaged correctly and the baked goods were very fresh. Will definitely use this again

Great team

I have placed a voila order to pick up but was not able to pick it up at the same time I planned. Called the customer service and they were very understanding and gave me the whole day to pick it up, called me later to confirm that they will be available until 9 pm and I am very welcome to come at anytime. I arrived and It was very easy to call them to bring out the order. They placed the order nicely in my car and asked about substitutions. Later I received an email refunding me the difference of my substitute and charged me for the original item I ordered. Very professional packaging and super sweet staff. Will diffidently use this service again . They also have many time slots were the service is FREE. Which is not an option in many other pickup services.A very nice message was left in the bag with discount code to use towards my next purchase.. Highly recommend VOILA

I’ve already used Voila again!

After using Instacarts service previously, I was a bit skeptical of Voila - but they definitely exceeded my expectations. It took only 10 minutes from the time we confirmed we were in the parking spot for them to bring out the order and carefully pack it in the trunk of the car. We got some great quality meat and have eaten some amazing steaks for dinner!

Same Day Pickup!!!!!!

It was fantastic to be able to get same day pick up! Site was easy to use, prices seemed good and the service from the staff was fantastic.

All my items were packed nice and items picked for me seemed like the same I would have grabbed for myself.

Voila! Your groceries just like that!

I don't often shop for groceries online but Voila makes it very easy to shop and use. I would consider using this service again if I needed or wanted to shop online for groceries.

Easy process

Overall it was a very easy process. Our family have used online curbside pickup for Superstore and I can definitely say the website for Voila by Safeway was a much easier process than Superstore by far! The website didnt lag and it was easy to look for items that I needed. I also love that they give you free pick up on certain days so instead of having the items picked up on Saturday which would have cost us 3.99 we opt for the Monday free pick up around 7-9pm. This also gave me plenty of time to add or change my cart before the pick up time which was great because I actually forgot a couple of items and was able to add it onto the list before Monday's pick up.

Now for the items in my cart, there was a couple of things that I wasnt able to get and they ended up refunding me which was communicated to me prior and it was not added to the receipt! You would think that when things arent in stock and you never received it, you wouldnt be charged for it right? well Superstore did that to me ONCE TOO MANY TIME and I appreciate that Voila did not do this to me. The refund process was quick and easy unlike Superstore which they told me a refund could take up to a month for a $4 extra charge. On top of that, I received ALL of my items which again I had issues with when I did Superstore curbside pick up.

The only thing I was quite disappointed was my mangos. I purchased 6 mangos which were on sale but so far 2 of them have gone bad. I still got 3 remaining but it felt like such a waste that I had to throw them away. I guess with curbside pick up the downside is that you are not able to pick your own fruits and veggies but would hope that the person picking them out would look for the best one for you and not just grab whatever they see right away.

Overall my experience with Voila has been great and would consider using them again since they are closer. The only reason why I say "maybe" is because the pricing still doesnt beat Superstore on many things and even with the free curbside, it does add up on the bill.

Time Saver

I’m a mom of four, working and doing a masters program. I have zero time!!
I’ve been hesitant to allow others to shop for me but Voila is a game changer! I only tried it because Chickadvisor gave me a coupon and I’m so glad I did! Now, I have a running list, am able to pick up groceries in between classes! I’ve timed them on every order and I get all my groceries within 3 minutes! It has made my life 100x easier and I will never shop for myself again or at least until I graduate lol
