Super convenient but more expensive than other

I am writing this review in return for receiving a $25 discount on my grocery purchase from Voila. It was very easy to set up my account and almost everything I was looking for was as available and deliver was available for the next day and I received a call 10 mins before the driver was arriving which was great! My order was accurate and the produce chosen was of good quality. However, I found the prices to be very high on most of my items and the discount given covered that cost difference for my groceries but because of this, I would not order from Voila again. I would rather use my current grocery delivery service instead as the product prices are very competitive and better even without a discount.

Service was good

It was a good experience with our order; everything was received as ordered and was in stock. Even the produce was received very fresh. I hope it continues like this in the future.

Top notch quality

My experience with Voila has been the best ever so far when it comes to handing over the delivery by the drivers. The driver was so friendly & knowledgeable. I was really impressed with the Delivery coming in purpose-designed trucks, specially designed with refrigerated storage and racks for the special boxes they use to haul and deliver groceries. The quality of the produce was top notch. The staff was rather courteous and called me 10-15 minutes before the delivery time. I am definitely going to be ordering from them more since I’m fed of the crap produce I have been getting from the walmart most of the time when I order online. I ordered fresh flowers Assorted carnation at such a good price & I am happy with what I got. Absolutely recommend Voila if you want to save time, wants quality produce and order online with your choice of the time slot for delivery.

Terrible experience attempting to order

I won't be posting this review on social media as I don't believe in bashing a company onine so am only filling out here. Plus we never did get our groceries in the end.H
We are very unlikely to try using Voila delivery again. From attempts to order items that were on sale (we tried multiple times the last couple of weeks) that wouldn't be in stock, to having to pay delivery even though the butterly said it wouldn't cost, to our order being suddenly cancelled on us due to a "payment error" (??) the night before getting it (of course the night of the deadline, that's partially my fault, but that's also after other frustrated attempts to order earlier), to attempting to re-choose a new time to have delivery and the realizing we'd have to pick our entire grocery cart again. Overall if was a terrible experience and frustrating one. We ended up saying forget it and now my husband is driving to the competitor to get our groceries at 9:30 at night on the eve of Easter. We are very disappointed in the overall experience.

Great service, fresh food

Delivered via crates on a trolly so the food was protected. They call to ensure someone will be there and to leave no food lying around to be stolen. No cracked eggs, no squished bread, tomatoes were fresh. Food is straight from the warehouse so they're fresher. Scene card can be attached for points.

Great experience

I recently placed my first order with Voila and I couldn't be happier with their service. I used the app to place my order. The app has all the flyer prices and scene points, which is a great feature. I selected the items I needed and chose a time slot for pick up.

On the day of the pick up, I received a reminder message in the morning which was very helpful. When I arrived at the store, I was given the choice to call or send a message to let them know I was there. Within three or four minutes, my order was already there.

Overall, I really appreciated how easy and convenient the entire process was. I will definitely be using Voila more often in the future.

Voila to the groceries without stepping out.

Voila! A new grocery delivery service ..
I used their service to get some groceries on a snowy day,you get to choose the time you want then delivered and they call you 15 mins ahead to make sure you are home.What I loved the most about it that I was even asked on the arrival of the groceries to check if am satisfied with the produce quality,if not,so I can put in a refund request for the same.I was reluctant on buying produce online , but knowing this gave a relief that my produce will be fresh.
The only thing I disliked about it is I couldn’t find some of the items online that I get in store apart from that the experience was great and hassle free for me.

Incredibly quick and efficient.

I didn't even have to wait five minutes for my order. They were so quick and efficient. They brought it out to my car very effortlessly. There for approximately six minutes.

Great customer delivery service

I was totally satisfied with ordering through Viola, there apps is very easy to use and had a lot of choices. I love thier budget pleaser and flash sale option making ordering so easy. The delivery guy will call you to update you of their time arrival, give you time to check your ordered products and remind you that you can return product if you are not happy. That was an amazing customer service that will make you a loyal customer.

Pick up and go

Wow, I don't know why I haven't used this before. I love that I can order and either get it delivered or curb side pickup! Thanks for the discount, made it easier to buy stuff I have been trying to buy for a while.
