Excellent convenient service

This was my first time using Voilà by Sobeys, through ChickAdvisor Product Club Review. Website was easy to use and well made, being the first time around it took me a little longer than on my regular grocery shopping site (Walmart).
Price-wise - like in stores- a bit higher than the major chains bit good quality.
Delivery service was excellent, great communication, on time and super convenient service with a friendly delivery person. Would definitely buy again and recommend to anyone favoriting convenience and time- saving.

Excellent service!

I placed my first Voila by Sobeys order with a coupon code from Chickadvisor in exchange for my review. I found the prices to be good, especially for a grocery delivery service. I purchased lots of items in their clearance section, and everything that arrived was already pre-frozen, or still had lots of time before it is actually expiring. Overall I’m very pleased with Voila and will definitely use it again.

Love their non dairy options

I love going to Sobeys and now ordering online for their awesome gluten free breads and dairy free products. I can always find deals on what I need to feed my family of 5.

Great service

This service is so great. It saves time and delivers fresh groceries to home. I got exactly what I wanted without having to go to the market or stand in queue. It is a great time saver. I would recommend it to everyone specially busy people !!!

Online groceries

First of all I'd like to say that it was really easy. Search for items, add to cart & voila!!!

The delivery was smooth. Driver called to notify he was on his way. Very polite, brought the groceries to my porch NEATLY & my refridgerated/ frozen items were still cold.

Over all, I was really happy with my order. Everything was in stock, not expired & nothing broken. A+

Fast, accurate Voila by Sobeys delivery to my home

I received a product code for $25 off $100 for Voila by sobeys. I was willing to try it as I previously had tried out curbside collection of groceries at another chain which I found super easy. The flyer prices for Sobeys did not exactly match the website which was a bit frustrating and I am more of a value shopper so was not willing to overpay for items just because I had a coupon code and had to get to $100. My husband was impressed with the amount of items I received for $100 from Sobeys which has always had good quality produce items. There were no substitutions that needed to be made (unlike my previous experiences with another banner) and the Voila delivery man assured me he double checked all my items and brought them in bags to my door, gave me a courtesy call 5-10 minutes before arriving to ask if there was any special instructions. He unfortunately arrived in the middle of a downpour but had everything ready to go by the time the rain let up, was masked and very courteous. I enjoyed my experience with Voila and if I had a larger order or required quality produce may be willing to try again. 7.99 for delivery would normally be out of my frugal price range but the process was very painless and would recommend this service to people who do not mind spending a little extra to get special service. Ordered Friday evening and time slots available for earlier Sunday were convenient and dit my schedule.

Makes mum life easier!

I recieved a discount as part of a product review club offer.
I absoutely give 5 stars and plan on using this going forward. Firstly making an account was simple. Selecting the groceries I wanted was straight forward click on the items and went straight into the online cart. They even had an offer to try free orange juice!
There were plenty of times and dates to select from including next day delivery! Which is important when your a mum of 2 including a young baby.
On the day of delivery I was given a call during the timeslot to inform me that the delivery would be in 15 minutes. Top class service ! They even asked whether they would like me to ring the door bell or not.
This is definitely the way of the future I gain more time to do other things as a mum. I would reccomend my family and friends trying this. Believe me once you try it you will be hooked.

Great new way to get groceries during the pandemic

Here’s my honest opinion about the new delivery service Voila by Sobeys #voilabysobeys. I found the website easy to use and liked that I didn’t need to download an app, the web browser worked just fine. I found it easy to find items, and add them to my cart. I understand this service isn’t selling every single thing you’d get at a big grocery store, I believe I read that they are selling very popular, requested items during these times, and while I got everything I wanted there were a few things they didn’t carry at all that I know I would have found at my regular grocery stores. I really appreciate they only charge one fee for delivery, and it’s not astronomical. I won’t name names but another grocery store charged me almost $50 in fees - they even charged a fee to carry my heavy case of pop. So I love that they had no hidden fees with the Voila by Sobeys service. I also like that upon checking out I was told what items were sold out/not available and I was able to pick substitutions. However I still wish they had more product variety. I would recommend this service to anyone I know, but especially seniors or those with young kids because during this time you want to minimize the people handling your products - I really wince thinking about people in the grocery store touching fruit and vegetables (customers) and how some might not have washed their hands etc. I love the warehouse and robots concept to this Sobeys delivery service and love that the prices of products are comparable to other stores and not super high.
I found the delivery super refreshing and easy - they come within the hour window you select from 6 am to very late in the evening. Other stores give me a several hour window and it’s stressful as I have to be home. I found the delivery staff very professional and love the system they use, handing you products in an order of refrigerated and non-refrigerated items. They were very polite and professional. Overall, it was a great experience and if they expand their offerings I will be ordering much more. As it is, I will still order about once a month.

Impressed!

This was my first experience with any grocery delivery service and wow, I am so impressed! Ordering online was a breeze and the prices were fair. I liked that I could choose from items found at Sobeys, Farm Boy and well.ca. I received sufficient communication by email to remind me of my delivery day and the driver called about 20 minutes prior to arriving. All of the groceries are double checked on their way out of the cooler van and the driver assured me that he checked the temperatures of all of the meats I purchased to ensure they were cold enough. He even let me check the eggs to make sure none were broken!

The whole process was as seamless as it could be and the website was very user friendly. The driver was polite and friendly and all of the things I initially ordered arrived safely. I also really like that the plastic bags the groceries come in can be returned to the driver for proper recycling. I would highly recommend voilà to anyone and everyone - great for busy people and perfect for those avoiding crowded grocery stores.

I received a voucher of $25 discount of my $100 order from Chick Advisor to try out the service. This was my first time purchasing groceries online. The prices were a little higher than my normal grocery store, however they did have some good deals. The checkout process was very easy and its defiantly worth it especially for the convenience! Overall, I think this is a great service especially during this pandemic as many people dont want to go to the store, or even wait in line to buy groceries.
