The process of ordering was so smooth, better than other grocery pickup services. I was able to shop by sales or by category and even for a free sample of a product included._x000D_

I selected a delivery for Monday September 7th fully expecting that it was a holiday and it would be cancelled. I was pleasantly surprised when I received a confirmation email in the morning and then a call from the driver to advise he'd arrive in 7-10 minutes._x000D_

The driver was friendly, packed the groceries well. The products were all perfect, the frozen items were still fully frozen, no damage to produce, everything was perfect._x000D_

Overall I'm incredibly impressed and expect that I'll be using the service again in the future. Being a mom to 2 young boys with a husband who works away from home a lot means I don't always have the time to get into a grocery store so this service will come in handy, it's even easier than Grocery pickup services because it's delivered to your door. _x000D_

The only thing I'd like to see different is to have air miles included as an option when checking out to maximize both the savings and rewards.

Quality grocery delivery

I was so impressed with Voila. The delivery frame was 2 hours and they called when they were 10-15 minutes out from the house. I was able to pick any day I wanted for delivery and they gave me up till the night before to change anything on my list. The visual shopping items is clear and easy. I love how sale items are all listed and included. When they arrived the customer service was A1 and they temperature checked all my groceries before handing them over. My frozen goods were still frozen! They asked if the freshness of my bread was acceptable and it was. Loved the variety of goods on their site. I've used it twice now and would definitely use it again.

Great Grocery Service

My family tried Voila by Sobey’s to help make life easier with a busy family and an on-going pandemic. We found all the products we need, great sales and fantastic customer service._x000D_
The delivery fee was well worth it.

Good

I decided to try this service due to covid and not wanting to leave my house and the service is pretty good. Some of the items I purchased weren't in the greatest condition which is why I prefer to pick my own items, but other than that I don't mind the service but it's just not for me.

Overall Nice

I put in an order with Sobeys Viola and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Everything we ordered came in food condition and the shipping time was fairly quick.

Great service

I had an opportunity to try out Voila by Sobeys a few weeks ago._x000D_
I must say, the service was absolutely amazing._x000D_
I mistakenly put my phone on silent on my assigned delivery day. Fortunately I noticed that I missed a call about 15 minutes after the delivery staff left a voicemail on my phone. When I called back and apologized, the delivery staff was very friendly and actually came back to deliver my groceries in between the slots he was scheduled for._x000D_
I couldn't have been more impressed with the service and I have been recommending the Voila to everyone since then. Such a small kind gesture goes a long way and I will remember Voila as "the" delivery service of my choice._x000D_
It is also great that Voila also offers products from Farmboy stores!!!

Great service

First time trying Viola by Sobeys was a great experience. The driver was on time and dropped off my order at my front door . All the products I ordered were on food condition.

Pretty strong competitor in the grocery delivery space

Pros: amazing delivery experience, one hour delivery windows, super lovely delivery person. Smaller delivery fee than Metro. Cons: not most comprehensive selection (no organic apples?!) and don’t earn Air Miles points for purchases. That said the pros are at least balanced with the cons and I would equally order from voila or metro next time depending on who has better delivery availability.

Very good and quick delivery service

Just tried this new Grocery delivery service Voila by Sobeys. The service was quite good for a start-up. It still requires a lot of work to reach the calibre of the other existing delivery services. As a positive the quality of fresh produce is very good. Unfortunately, the selection is not very good. Fruit as common as cherries are not available. Fresh bakery items leave a lot to be desired. _x000D_

The order process is excellent and quick. I placed my order with ease. . One positive was that Customer Service was excellent. Which brings me to another positive, the shipping charge is the lowest of all the delivery services @ $7.99 with a $50 min. As well, the speed of the delivery was excellent. You could even receive an order the same day or at least next day. _x000D_

On the positive side, the order was received with absolutely no errors, which is a real plus since I experienced many errors with the other services. One negative is that the expiry date or best before dates are not checked properly by the robots, and often the food is close to expiry if not expired. The one positive is that customer service corrects all errors with a smile_x000D_

I would definitely recommend this Grocery Delivery service. Eventually, I believe with experience and time they will increase the Fresh produce section and Baked Goods and offer a better selection. _x000D_

I forgot to mention that the driver that delivered my order (they call them Teammates) was very prompt and efficient. He was also very kind and considerate and brought the groceries right into the entrance of my home instead of just outside. He carefully handled the groceries and explained the difference in the bags that contained frozen items and that the temperature is always monitored. Excellent home delivery via Teammates!_x000D_

The first time I used the online grocery service I could not help but wonder if there would be a hiccup in the entire process, perhaps a notice would come back saying "product is unavailable", or "order could be not be fulfilled", etc. However, the whole process from beginning to end was pain-free, and I got every single thing on my order on time and without any errors. It was also delivered by a friendly Voilà by Sobeys team-member who was professional and courteous too. The online site has numerous items to choose from, and it is super user-friendly. Furthermore, I am most eager to use the service again for its convenience and reliability. All in all, Voilà by Sobeys is there for all your family's shopping needs and you can definitely count on it!
