Convenient and fast

Grateful to have this service provided at Sobeys now, as it's the closest grocery store to my home. I would drive further away for the convenience of curbside pickup but now I won't have to!

Very easy and simple

I like how easy ordering online was. Very smooth and easy to understand. It saved a lot of my time as I am a busy single mom. I definitely recommend this anyone.

Good experience overall

When comparing to other curb side pick-ups this one was top notch. Even with all the sale items I selected only 1 item was not available which was a nice surprise and was offered options to get similar items. Staff was professional and helpful, I was kept informed throughout the process and was given plenty of time to edit my order if I needed. Pleasant experience *****

Voila Curbside Pickup - so easy to use!

I tried Voila Sobeys for the first time, and found it was very easy to use. The prices were a little higher, but the convenience made up for it! The website was easy to navigate, and I was able to choose a Free evening time slot. On my pickup day, It was pouring out, and I loved the fact I did not even have to leave my car! My order was brought out to me with a quick call from the parking lot, and were loaded into my trunk! A couple of my items were substituted, but they made sure to check with me to ensure that was ok. Overall, I was pleased with this service, would recommend it, and would consider using it again!

Convenient

I tried out the new Voila curbside pickup service at Safeway. It's convenient and easy. The clerk that dropped off my groceries was pretty nice. Explained that they weren't able to substitute one item so instead gave the smaller bottle of it for me free instead. There was an issue of them accidentally substituting a more expensive item which they usually don't do so there was an email the next day telling me that there won't be an extra charge and refund will be given back to me. There is a pick up fee for the daytime but there are two hours in the evening where they provide free of charge. If you have kids and want to avoid the charge it might be an inconvenience since it is right almost during the kids' bedtimes.

Easy ordering and quick pickup

Had a great overall experience with Voila. The products were easy to find on the app and was nice to see what was on sale. Pick up was really quick and the delivery person was very friendly. I had one item that they couldn’t fulfill which I thought was pretty decent compared to the handful I normally get with Superstore pick up.

but I will still use that service again

Terrible time options

I received a free $25 when you spend $100 code, but I couldn’t even use it. The options for pickup time are horrible. There was never anything when I looked until the next day (which wasn’t helpful). I also found the search incorrect and would say things weren’t there, when really they were listed as something different. I was really hopeful for this service, but there was no convenience at all.

Great service!

I highly recommend the Safeway curbside pickup. The process of ordering online and picking it up curbside was a game changer! I had my kids in the car, we were returning from school and I was able to pick up groceries without leaving the car. Staff were friendly and efficient . The process was seemless. Order was easy. I felt very spoiled with the service. I will be using Safeway curbside pick up again for my grocery needs. Helped to fill my fridge for my family of 5!

Easy to Use!

This service was really great especially with a baby and in the rain. I appreciated the time savings of not having to walk through the entire store to get what I needed, as well as the great customer service and selection. Would highly recommend!
