Easy to use

Viola was easy to navigate and order from, with plenty of time slots to pick from. My order arrived in the schedule window and was accurate. It was convenient.
However the prices for items are quite a bit more than other supermarkets in my area and there was a fee for delivery. I don't see myself using the service often because of the costs but it's nice to have it, if I need it.

Professional grocery delivery service

First time ordering from Voila and the service has be amazing. The web site was very easy to use and the emails were very detailed and helped a lot. The driver phoned in advance and was so very nice and professional. He explained how their service worked and he was on time! He was dressed clean and professional and he carried my groceries and explained everything so it was very easy to understand. Food all looked fresh and packaging was pristine

Very convenient and accurate

Website was very easy to use, I enjoyed browsing sale items as well as items I needed. Easy to update the cart when no forgot something. Delivery was efficient and correct and completed with a smile. They called me ahead of time to let me know when they’d be there and they were very prompt.

Very thorough grocery delivery

I received a free trial of the Voilà grocery delivery service. While I was not very impressed with the website when trying to place an order, the app is actually super useful and made it very easy to place an order. The website was frustrating because if you looked at something and then clicked back, it took you back to the very beginning screen, rather than to the one right before what you had been looking at. The products I received were great, and the delivery driver walked me through all of the different steps of the process. I like that this delivery service allows you to look at any products that could’ve been damaged during delivery and will replace anything that you are not happy with.

Great service

I was pleasantly surprised to see that i received every item on my order. I am a long-time user of Superstore Click and Collect, and I'm always prepared to not receive 2 or more things because it's out of stock by the time they pick my order.
I used the delivery option. The price was decent and my driver came at 4:02 when my delivery window was 4:00-5:00pm. The delivery man was also delightful. I'll definitely be using this service again

Honestly, I chose the early delivery slot, but I ended up sleeping through it due to the awesome weather change. I felt terrible because the delivery personnel was so understanding and did everything she could to get me to pick up. When I called customer service, they were incredibly helpful and arranged a new delivery time. I was excited to receive fresh and properly packed groceries.

Easy ordering

This was my first time ordering for a delivery. The produce was pick fresh and were high quality. The driver called ahead to make sure we were home to receive the order. The pricing and times for delivery were also numerous and affordable.

I got a $25 coupon from butterly and I gave voila online grocery delivery. I downloaded and used voila app to order my groceries. The app is so easy to use. Easy to find the things you need. Unfortunately, most of the items I needed/wanted to buy were out of stock.

The prices on the app was the same price they charged me (no adjustment/estimate) which I like because there’s no guessing of the total amount I have to pay.

The delivery was within the time frame. The items were nice/orderly placed in the paper bags. The bags were also in the bins when they took them from the vehicle to my home.

It couldn't have come at a better time, because I found myself sick and stuck at home shortly after receiving my coupon. This service is super easy and convenient to use! It saved me tons of time, meant I didn't have to go out when I was sick and saved me money from buying things I didn't really need!
