Convenient service

This service is very practical so as not to spend too much. By shopping online we are less tempted to buy things out of simple greed. On the other hand, you cannot choose the freshness or the expiration dates, which I like a little less. When picking up the order, the employee brings the bags directly to the car and they do not accept tips. When I called to say I had arrived I mentioned having reusable bags with me, but they didn't want to use them which I thought was a shame. They at least took away the bag fee.

Great Service When you are Busy

I received a $25 off code from Butterly. This service is great and very convenient. I placed my order online and picked my time slot I would like it delivered, I didn't have to sit at home all day and wonder when it was going to arrive. It arrived on time and delivered right to my door. I love this service specially on busy days and I don't have to wonder where I am going to get time to go grocery shopping. Thanks Voila.

Perfect for surprising your long-distance family!

Really happy with Voila's grocery delivery service; the website was user-friendly, all the item had accompanying pictures, and it was easy to select a time slot for delivery! I used this to get my mother a bouquet of fresh flowers, as well as some of her favourite snacks just in time for her birthday - and the best part is, I did this all while sitting in bed, a few provinces away! Great delivery service, all food was in excellent

I loved ordering through Voila because the choices of good from Safeway and Sobeys are awesome and they have a lot of items that aren't available at other grocery stores. They were put of the sample but that was OK. The service from the delivery driver was excellent. He called me when on the way. I asked him to call me once it was dropped off because I had to let the person at home know to pick it up. A lot of delivery drivers get lost finding our place but this driver arrived on time and with no fuss.
The food was proper temperature and did not smell of anything like smoke. The reason I notice this is because I have had other deliveries where the Driver/picker smoked and the food and bags absorbed the smell. I would definitely order Voila again.

Grocery Delivery and Pick Up

The grocery pick-up option worked really well. I was able to place my order the night before and have it ready for pick up the next morning. My only concerns were not all Sobey's/Safeway's offered the curbside pick-up option and some items in the grocery store were not available, likely due to high demand.

Voila grocery delivery exceeded my expectations with prompt service and fresh produce. They have diverse product range and the user-friendly app made ordering a breeze. The items were well-packed, and the driver was courteous. Overall, Voila reliable and convenient option for hassle-free grocery shopping.

Great Customer Service!

The website did not show that the product that I had picked was out of stock, I should not have been able to pick the product if it was not in stock. It makes it hard to purchase items that way. The service of the delivery guy was amazing, however. He was courteous and the items were all packed nicely.

Great delivery if you need the basics

Getting a Voila order was quite easy and probably saved me time. It took a bit to figure out how to navigate the site and find what I was looking. Once the order was submitted it was simple. Groceries showed up bagged at the door. Dislike how many bags were used, would love to see recycled boxes used instead.
