I recently tried out Voila Grocery Delivery Service, and I must say, I'm impressed! Firstly, the Voila website was very user friendly, it was super easy to navigate and find exactly what I needed. There are categories that help browsing easier such as a category for promotions, deals and seasonal items. You can also find items with one simple search.

I was very impressed by the time the groceries arrived, I chose 11am and the groceries were at my door by 11:05! Very prompt and arrived within the time window, which is so incredibly convenient. The groceries were carefully packed and arrived in excellent condition, maintaining the integrity of perishable items like fruits and vegetables.

Overall, I highly recommend Voila Grocery Delivery Service to anyone looking for a convenient, reliable, and hassle-free way to shop for groceries online. I’ll definitely be using this service again!

Perfect grocery home delivery service

I stared using groceries delivery services 4 years ago. I already tried some of them in Edmonton. Voila is an amazing service. The delivery was right on time. The food was in paper bags (easy to recycle). All products (vegetables, meat) were fresh and in a perfect condition. The delivery guy Marco was so kind and when he knew it was my first time with Voila, he explained to me how they deliver, how they store the food in cars, and told me what to do if something is wrong. I totally recommend Voila for grocery home delivery.

I was so hesitant with using a grocery delivery service, but I am so impressed with the overall experience of this whole transaction. The ease of choosing my groceries was effortless and the delivery went smoothly. The delivery driver was such a sweetheart and he ensured that my items were handled with care. My chicken arrived refrigerated and the delivery driver explained that all the perishables are kept in a cooler upon delivery. 10/10 I will definitely use this service again! Thanks Butterly!!

Never again completely useless waste of time don’t

Use a Save on Foods delivery app if you want anything delivered, Viola was a nuisance. Really you’re gonna tell me you’re out of milk milk like all milk yeah that’s ridiculous but apparently they’re out of milk. Well, the store wasn’t but this fuel that was and then there was no reason given to me is canceled, but it was cancelled and then I replaced it. It was cancelled again found out after a payment error but there’s no email to tell me anything. What was going on? It is my order just got cancelled so then I’m sitting around. Thinking groceries are coming. It was just very ineffective. Just use it Frustrating waste of time go ahead or highly recommend it for that note I was selected by Vola and given a discount In exchange, I was to provide a review of their service

Practical grocery app

I have used this app to buy some groceries, I definitely recommend for when you are in need to shop and somehow you can't personally go to the store, for more convenience for example or to save you a shopping trip. Only con with the app is that you only shop from Sobeys stores which are already expensive compared to other grocery stores plus the delivery cost. There is also monthly subscription for delivery. Another con is that after you put items in the cart, you'll still need to pick a time slot for delivery and doing that it will impact the availability of products selected. You'll have to go back and look for alternatives or remove the item from your cart.

Convenient and Friendly Delivery Service

First of all, thank you for the opportunity to save some money on my groceries and for the opportunity to try out the Voila delivery service. I found the ordering process easy to use as the website was easy to navigate and it was quick and easy to find the products that I wished to order and to add them into my cart. I also appreciated the suggested items after I had placed my initial order as I did forget to order bananas and as it was a suggested item, I was able to easily add it into my existing order.
The order was scheduled to be delivered between 7:00-8:00 PM and I received a phone call from the delivery driver at 6:59 PM advising that my order would be arriving within the next ten minutes and the driver arrived at 7:10 PM and by 7:17 PM my groceries had been delivered to me. The delivery driver was very attentive and friendly and even delivered the groceries exactly where I wanted them to be.
All of the items I received were in excellent condition, and all of the produce was fresh and crisp. All of the bakery items were also fresh and would be fresh for ten days.
All in all, this was a very fast, convenient and extremely time saving service and I will definitely use it again.

Voila makes grocery shopping easy

Overall, the Voila experience was easy and efficient. Being a first time Voila customer, the process took longer because of various registrations. For free delivery, a delivery pass is needed. There are several menus that make the shopping experience easier after the first order. As I was using this format for the first time, the actual selections of grocery items took longer. I used the promotions, flyer deals, and browse menus...the next order will be easier since the site has 'regular' and 'favorite' item buttons so that these items will automatically show up if marked. The list menu is a plus for subsequent orders. Also, Voila offers free samples, so the Kit Kat and German salami--see picture--were freebies. The next step was selecting a delivery time. Delivery was exactly on time and the delivery person was enthusiastically explaining how the food was stored in the truck. I was selected for this offer; however, anyone can receive a discount on groceries to try the Viola experience. Voila offers a $20.00 discount for first time users and free delivery for a month. Overall, having groceries delivered was positive. It is very tempting to continue this service. The only negative point is that Sobeys/Safeway are very expensive and without the discount offer, I would not have accepted this offer. Sobeys/Safeway prices are too expensive.

Next day grocery delivery!

Placed an online grocery order last night, and it was delivered on time today. Tons of selection and sales on the website. All the groceries were delivered fresh and accurately. I would definitely order from Voila again!

Excellent Grocery Delivery Service

I've used a few grocery services, but I was pleasantly surprised by Voila.
The other services I used just dropped the groceries on the door step, sometimes rang the bell and left. Today, I received a call from the Voila driver stating he’d be here in about 10 minutes. I was prepared for him and me him at the door. He asked my preference, did I want them on the doorstep or handed to me. He took the time to hand me each bag, which I really appreciated. I was told there were no substitutions AND he asked if I needed anything else or any help with the bags. What a gentleman! Everything looked to be of excellent quality and in perfect condition.
