Viola a great option to home delivery

Ordered from Sobeys, chose several items that showed they were on sale in the flyer but several prices did not match the flyer price. Overall, service was good. Not sure the pricing for each delivery is worthwhile for me personally as I have a Sobeys and a Coop within 2-3 blocks.

Money down or no delivery

Before using Voila, I used another competitor service. Biggest difference isn’t just the varying prices of products in each store, but in the billing for the service. Voila will bill the customer prior to picking the groceries. Normally not a big deal, but if your cheque doesn’t hit your bank account first thing, Voila automatically cancels your order. The competition just keeps trying to bill your account/card in order to deliver your goods. I will def be returning to the competition! Better luck next time, Voila!

Easy App, Great Prices, but some Delivery Quirks

I recently gave the Voila delivery service a try, and I have to say, I'm pretty impressed overall! The app is super easy to use, which makes placing orders easy. Plus, I've noticed that Safeway prices through Voila have been way better than what I've seen at Superstore lately, which is a big win for my bank account in this economy.

But, there are a couple of things that bug me a bit. Unlike Superstore, Voila won't leave your groceries on the front step; you have to be there to personally receive them. And sometimes, Superstore seems to have a bit better product availability, which can be a touch inconvenient.

Overall, I'd give Voila grocery service 4 stars. I'll likely keep using both Voila and PC Express depending on my needs, but Voila's user-friendly app and great prices definitely make it a top contender for grocery delivery.

Simple, Easy, Efficient

I was extremely amazed how easy it was to order my groceries, the helpfulness of the driver with delivering my groceries. The website was easy to use and allowed me to make changes hours after submitting my order.

I've placed and received one order to date. Communication around the delivery was clear and efficient. The associate gave me a summary and explanation with delivery as well as they were aware it was my first order. Love that everything is temperature controlled and checked! Quality was great, no products were damaged, produce was great. I wasn't sure how it would be received, but it was bagged in paper 'voila' bags. They are nice and sturdy, you are charged for the bags which makes sense but I wasn't aware of beforehand.
The website is not quite as intuitive to navigate as another major grocer that does click and collect, but it was very workable - and every item was in stock, no substitutes which I loved!
Definitely worth it to have delivery to my door for $10-$15 a month - plus I'm probably saving a lot of money by not wandering the aisles! I know I'm definitely saving a TON of time and energy.

Ordering with Voila was so easy! Menus were easy to navigate and the search function showed relevant items.

Check out was uncomplicated.

Delivery was simple and the delivery driver was friendly and checked with me that my order was correct.

The only thing I wasn’t expecting that the driver would be transferring most of the items to me out of bags, and I was unprepared to have a pile of groceries just inside my door! Next time I’ll have a bin ready

Amazing swevice

As a busy working family we enjoy the small things that make our day to day chores less daunting. Was so simple to pick and place the order plus I probably saved money by not strolling the isles!

This service makes grocery shopping one less thing to think about. The app is well designed and helps you shop for the best deals. Delivery was on time and affordable.

Handy in a pinch

This service is incredibly handy in a pinch; it is very convenient to be able to order your groceries online without having to leave the house. It is quite expensive, however.

Quality service

I was impressed with this company! Food arrived in the allotted time slot. I was given a call about half an hour before to confirm that I was home which was nice. Frozen food was still frozen and fridge food was cool. Delivered right to my door in my apartment building. Very convenient and they offer free samples
