Creamy and Dreamy

I loved it as it was creamy and smooth. My only complaint is that it is not readily available from Save on Foods as this is where I most regularly shop as well as Superstore and Shoppers Drug mart.

It's Safeway's Grocery Delivery Service

Placed the order online through the Voila site which honestly isn't much easier than going to the store and picking the products off the shelves yourself. One of the products was on sale but out of stock and getting a raincheque didn't seem to be an option. Also entirely my fault but I didn't read the text description associated with a product and just relied on the small picture ending up with a product in a flavour that I didn't want. The delivery fee honestly I felt was rather high given the free delivery offered by the likes of Amazon and the relatively lower fees offered by other delivery services (Skip, Uber). Delivery showed up as scheduled but required me to receive it in person - my hope was that they would just drop it off as other delivery services do. Overall the experience was largely as expected but not convenient or cost effective enough for me to use on a regular basis. Good to know about it and how it works should I get into a jam in the future and find that I need to use it.

Convenient for busy families

Signing up for an account with Voila was simple and straightforward. I was able to link my Scene card membership with my Voila account in order to get Scene points with my purchases. Shopping was easy - first you scheduled your one hour curbside pick up or home delivery slot (which held the time for you while you shopped). Delivery charges range from $3 to $7, depending on the date and how quickly you need your delivery. Next you search and find your items and add them to the cart. I found that the prices were consistent with prices that you would find instore, and did not seem inflated. I also found sale prices on some items, which was nice. Check out was easy and you could leave additional delivery instructions if you wanted to.

About 15 minutes in advance of her arrival, my delivery driver called to give me a heads up that she would be there shortly. She rang my bell and she gave me my grocery bags. All items were accounted for and the process was easy and straightforward.

If you want to save on delivery fees, you can pay $15 for a monthly delivery pass. Overall, I found this system to be convenient, saved me time, and was relatively cost effective. As a busy mom, I can see myself using this service again in the future.

Quick speedy

I loved the service from Viola not only were they quick but they gave great communication especially when trying to find where I live. The food arrived fresh and all the veggies were not wilted love that.

Great way to skip the lineups and shop from home!

I received a voucher from Butterly to try this service and I am glad I did. Grocery shopping with a little one can be trying at times... it was nice to sit back and relax at home whole someone did did the work for me! I found the app a little on the confusing side at first but once I got the hang of how to search for items the rest of my order went well. I was hesitant to add vegetables to my order because I'm pretty picky about my produce but I did so I would be able to give a fair review. The person who picked my order did a great job and all the produce I got was very good quality. The delivery driver gave me a heads up when they were on the way to my house so I was able to put the dogs away before hand so that was nice. The driver was very friendly and helpful when dropping my order off. I was also able to add two full size product samples to my order which was awesome. I will definitely be using this service again.

Excellent service! I recommend it

Very well done service from the website, the slots available, the delivery earlier than expected time and the great customer service from the delivery agent. Ni items was missing or substituted! My groceries was well packaged too.

Convenient option for food delivery

I really liked this service. I was very easy to find item that I required. I really liked the free samples, although by the time I was ready to order most of them weren’t available anymore but they were still showing up on the website. That was a bit frustrating. The delivery person called and made sure that he let me know that he would be there in 5 min and arrived promptly. He was very personable.

Simple and Easy

Such an easy process. I picked the best day and time for my delivery. I searched for all the items I needed and added them to my cart. There was some suggestions just before checkout. There was a time window that I could add items which was so helpful!! Great quality items and they were delivered on time. The bread items were all packed in a paper bag to prevent squishing too!!!

Great in every way

This was my first time using the voila service. They were very very good to use. They were on time, called a head and the product was as expected. I will be using it again.

Availability and price scared me away!

Prices have been increased and the availability of products is limited. You also don’t get flyer deals. I didn’t end up nothing to order because of this. I will stick with my click and collect from a competitor, I get flyer deals/prices aren’t hiked/all items are available/better times.
