This was recommended by a friend when I was having a sore back. I can't hardly even feel it was working or doing anything. I had to resort to just taking pain killers.

I found this didn't work for me and it smelled funny! It didn't give any heat or cooling relief which unfortunately seemed to make matters worse. The price wasn't great either so I probably wouldn't buy it again even if was somewhat effective.

I work in the health care industry and I often have aches and pains, sore knees and a sore back. This product does nothing for me. I don't find it works at all on me. Very strong smell.

This did nothing for me. The doctor told me to use it on my tendonitis to take down the inflammation. First I was disappointed that it didn't give me any short term relief like the other similar products out there. Than after using it for 2 weeks, I threw it out because it was useless on the long term as well. No effect at all.

I had no relief from this product at all. I used it when I had some pretty intense neck pain and I didn't want to take any pills. I put it on as directed and had no relief in my sore muscles, hours later I took some advil.I wanted this to work so bad but unfortunately I think it was a dud:(

I used this for my back pain and I found it made no difference.

I have severe shoulder and arm pain where i can barely move my arm waiting for my steroid shot in two weeks, wasn't sleeping good sleeping a bit better due to this cream, but the one that says good for 12 hours doesn't last 12hours. it could be because i am in retail and use my arm constantly. but i will admit, the pain is alot more bearable with this.

This stuff isn't the strongest but does provide good short term relief of muscle pain

Oh my gosh. The smell of this pain relief cream is not mild. It absolutely will blow you away, it stinks so bad. I have degenerative disc in my back and this didn't help at all. It just stunk my body up and I had to shower to get it off.

im on the fence with this product. at times it works others i see no change. i guess all depends on the problem.
